chan follows your gaze, turning away from you to see choi seungcheol has walked into the office. your face is already burning with embarrassment, because you already know that jeonghan and joshua have noticed. not everyone will, because not everyone knows you that well, but...

soonyoung looks up from his conversation with jun, and immediately notices the brightly colored scarf draped around seungcheol's neck. "that's new."

hook, line, sinker. seungcheol smiles, "oh, this?" his eyes are glittering, and he meets your gaze a moment later. "my love made it for me. isn't it nice?"

oh no. you bury your face in your hands, trying to breathe as your heart races in your chest. the two of you have been dating for the past few months, and it's been obvious since day one. the embarrassing part isn't the pure look of adoration seungcheol always has for you; but the way you thrived inside, everything inside you turning to warm, gooey mush at seungcheol being so openly affectionate. it's worth the teasing from everyone else.

(and it's worth it even more when seungcheol leaves one of your favorite candies on your desk with a little note underneath it: love you <3)
