Indeed! Fairies can swap courts if the proper paperworks are put into place! Or if an Anti-fairy eats too much sweets. Or if a Fairy causes more harm than good....Or if a fairy ends up committing more anti-fairy etiquette than their own and vise versa.
Generally it's very hard to swap accidentally, and very easy to reverse if it does happen.
....Cosmo and Anti-Cosmo has the most amount of swaps in recorded history.
