Can we speak about Schlatts last words for a moment? Like...while he died of a stroke which isn't the most painless death, he said "Flatty patty" and like...that could have two (or more) reason.
•He is mocking Quackity. Even when he dies, the last thing he wants to do is to spite him. Make him feel annoyed or bad.
•Quackity is the only person that he could think of while dying. Despite all the bad times, betrayal and the downfall of their relationship, he still cared and thought about his fiance.
I know that many will tend to the first option...but I just like the second. Since...well, at some point they were in love. They had happy moments. Schlatt was surrounded by people, who hated him or just were disappointed in him (Fundy and in some extent Quackity). So the only thing that his drunk mind decided to remind him of, to distract from the pain and coming death was the more happy time with someone that he once considered partner.
