I have some character dynamics that I think are fun or underrated and i can always elaborate:

Percy and Horace but in a casual or educational context

Milo and Heartfelt

Thade and Conea

Lillian and Boar

Sunny and Calvery pre betrayal and post betrayal

Thade and Thera

Auburn, Janice and Percy

Sariah and Calvery/Percy/literally anyone

Would you mind elaborating some of your character dynamics of your choice from the ones you mentioned?

Percy and Horace:

Horace hates the sound of a poorly played piano so he totally slipped a note into Percy's pocket during a fight.

They meet up and Horace is like "You suck so I'll do one nice thing and teach you, if only for my sake"

Percy does try and Horace is surprisingly forgiving but strict.

Percy is even more scared of Horace afterwards due to how strict he knows Horace can be.

He still plays music with Horace sometimes, both wanting some extra money.

Thade and Thera:

Thera is a few years older than Thade and was very protective of him as a kid

Thade was still shy as a kid and Thera teased him about it, almost like Melrose and Janice

Thera got her powers from their mother and Thade envied it because I feel he hated his powers

They were very close as kids and they wrote to eachother as adults

Thera could tell that Auburn was Thade's daughter and knew what happened to Thade but didn't want to disappoint Auburn.

Milo and Heartfelt:

I don't watch My Hero Academia but I think they have Bakugo and Todoroki vibes: Hot-headed blond and calm

"I'm gonna punch them-" Milo says and Heartfelt just prepares a medkit

Heartfelt is essentially the therapist too, so Milo essentially is like "bro, I'm okay" and Heartfelt's like "do you want my professional opinion or my opinion as your friend?"

Heartfelt downs his coffee, glaring at Milo before all Milo's shenanigans like "don't you fucking dare"

Heartfelt doesn't take sides. Milo, however, would start betting.

I think Heartfelt would carry Milo if Milo's blackout drunk.

I'm not big on shipping people with Milo but they give big divorced vibes. However, in another timeline, they'd be an interesting couple.

To counter: Milo's considered attractive and it certainly made Heartfelt question his sexuality.
