This actually fits with my personal headcanon regarding Draconequus reproduction. My headcanon is that they are able to reproduce both sexually and asexually. When two Draconequi reproduce asexually, they basically mix their essences together. The resulting offspring is born with traits of both parents; both physical and personalty-wise.
On another note, part of the same headcanon is that the standard courtship ritual is to cause as much chaos as you can in the general vicinity of your intended target as possible in order to get them to notice you. Also, it is traditional to name a Draconequus after either a chaotic person (ie: Loki or Hecate) or an aspect of chaos (ie: Anarchy or Disorder).
In the Pandoraverse is Oddball the last generation of draconequii? Also before he was redesigned did you have an idea on who the other parent was or was that left up in the air?
Eh, maybe. I originally had in mind that Oddball was asexual/aromantic, so it was likely he wouldn’t ever reproduce. But then people started requesting he be shipped with Truffles, Snickerdoodle, Wave Rider (I’m guilty of liking that one myself), so…I guess whether or not he’s the last depends on what the viewer personally decides. Like Discord, Oddball (despite being male) could gestate and lay an egg that would hatch into a full blooded draconequus, or he could impregnate a pony, who would probably birth a lil chaos magic mutated foal(s).
It also depends on whether or not you see Oddball’s little sisters as canon.

Pandora and Cupcake’s noncanon daughters, the three unnamed neapolitan cubbies, are also full draconequii.
As for the identity of Oddball’s father (before I decided to make Odd a Pandora/Cupcake offspring)…I had a few ideas, but this one was my favorite.
Pardon this old ass art. Shown: Human kid Pandora, and another kid named Light (his real name was in some ancient dragon language and translated roughly to “He who commands spears of lightning”, so Pan gave him a nickname). He was a dragon prince. He was sweet and excitable and dorky where he was supposed to be aloof and commanding, but Pandora didn’t mind. They became fast friends as children, and would have met up again in about one thousand years, when Pan had become the goddess of chaos and the old cast (including Discord and Twilight) had died off. Pan is understandably a very grumpy and lonely deity, but Light makes her smile again, and they would have fallen in love, and she would have born Oddball from their union. I scrapped the story because it was too sad, and also most of the cast was dead, who wants to read about that
Most of Light’s personality was recycled into Oddball’s anyway, so he kinda lives on, I guess
so I’m trying to work outside my comfort zone and do some next gen combos so I decided to try one of my favorite fling ships LunaXdiscord. their little abomination would be winter dusk (or as his one obnoxious friend calls him yuki)
In this ship i kinda see luna and discord having a short relationship in which it doesn’t really work out but after they separate the princess find out she’s pregnant and at this juncture discord is no where to be found. luna nurtures dusk through the pregnancy and discord only returns after luna has given birth. she never outright tells him it was his but discord nurtures him from a friend standpoint. its not until later on when dusk is a little older when they find out.
I might post a fic or something but this is all for now. well i guess i can give you a bonus:
