Hi! Can you write the reactions of DMC5 boys to an animal rescue? Do you think they would do?
The DMC 5 boys rescuing an animal
Wherein the boys rescue an animal. ft. Dante, Vergil, Nero, and V
Dante:
While he was out he found a puppy with a thorn in it’s paw
He immediately tried to call the dog towards him when he saw it limping
Carries the mutt back to his office and manages to pluck the splinter out and bandage it.
If the dog doesn’t belong to anyone, he’ll try to keep it. He’d name it Spike, or Mayhem or something of the like. (Imagine a puppy, no taller than Dante’s shin, being called Killer)
turns out the dog is a girl. oops.
Keeps the name anyways because he thinks it sounds cool.
The dog sort of adopts his energetic personality after a while, it’s weird.
Vergil:
He spotted a pudgy grey cat that had fallen into a lake. At first, he didn’t plan on saving it, opting to find someone else to deal with it.
After having to listen to the cat meow at him so persistently he sighed and waded in the water to go fish it out.
Now his clothes are wet, great.
Carries the cat back, tucked under his arm and dries it off with his personal towel and hair dryer. What an inconvenience!
After a stern talking-to about not falling in lakes, he tries to let the cat go and be free.
The cat follows him wherever he goes now, much to his dismay. Eventually he gives in and buys it a bed and wet food.
(The unofficial name for the cat is Chubby)
Nero:
Finds a Husky amongst the ruins of Redgrave city. It’s obviously wounded, dirty, and hungry, but it saunters right up to him.
Brings the dog to Nico’s van and gives it water and some food.
“Kyrie, don’t be mad, but I found a dog. Can we keep it?”
Kyrie is hesitant at first but with Nero’s incessant begging and persuading she eventually agrees on one condition: he takes the dog to a vet first.
The vet says the dog is healthy with a few scrapes and in need of a bath. Nothing Nero didn’t already know.
Bathing the dog ends up being a feat, but at least it’s fur isn’t matted and gross any more.
Nero and Nico love the dog and Kyrie warms up to the easily excitable bundle of fur.
V:
Sees a crow with it’s wing stuck in a mouse trap. He’s able to eventually free the crow after prying the trap open.
Takes care of the crow as it’s wing heals. (Griffon is butthurt that V would even think to have another bird that isn’t him. V ignores him.)
After the crow’s wing fully heals, he lets it fly off.
Sometimes the crow will come back just to watch over V. Sometimes it will bring shiny trinkets to him.
These trinkets could be anything from a laminated candy wrapper, to a ring that someone lost.
V keeps all of the little treasures that his crow brings him
Unlike Griffon, Shadow likes the little bird and finds it entertaining.
V's reaction to a seriously injured S/O
V needs to stop overthinking things. ft. V and a gender neutral s/o [tw for blood, descriptions of wounds, V's contagious pessimism]
Demons kept spawning left and right. V was just a block away, dealing with his own hoard. For now, you had your hands full, slashing left and right. It took a lot out of you. When there was a break in the mass, you took a moment to catch your breath and brush the hair out of your eyes. You watched V as he dipped in and out of the reach of demons. Always so graceful. You heard a metallic click behind you and turned to see a Hell Judecca stretching it's scythe-like hands towards you. Before you could properly react, it's claws snapped at you causing you to fumble and trip. You yelped as soon as your back hit the floor.
The stinging pain in your gut was caused by a gash spanning across your whole stomach. The last thing you saw before you were dragged away by Shadow was Griffon sending a bolt through the Hell Judecca that injured you.
Shadow eventually brought you to an alley that was quiet and secluded, V and Griffon followed a few minutes behind. You clutched your stomach to try and alleviate some of the pain.
"Let me see." V said hurriedly as he crouched down next to you. His face was pale. He looked more worried than you were. "Let me see." he insisted again and grabbed your wrist to move your arm out of the way.
"V, it's alright." you tried to reassure him as he looked at the bleeding laceration on your stomach. He was still gripping your wrist. It didn't seem like he heard you. He blamed himself for not paying attention enough to prevent it; for not being quick enough. V adjusted the hem of your shirt to get a better look at the slash.
"V," you repeated his name a few times until he finally looked you in the eyes. "Call Nico."
He nodded at this and Griffon flew off to go find a phone.
Once you were in the van, V was able to patch up your wound for the most part with the first aid kit. You'd be fine after a few painkillers.
"I apologize for worrying you." V whispered as you rested on Nico's couch. He situated himself to sit next to you.
You reached up to him to run your fingers through his hair.
"Well I should apologize to you getting into this mess in the first place." you told him as he moved your hand so he could kiss your palm.

Dante:
“There you are babe. Come on, Let’s get outta here.”
Tries to solve the issue civilly by coming up with some lame excuse to drag you away
If the creep is persistent then he’ll start to get defensive
Usually Dante’s sheer size is enough to scare them away, but if this asshole is feeling particularly ballsy Dante will not hesitate to beat the shit out of them for you
One swift kick with Balrog and the creep is down for the count
Vergil:
He doesn’t say anything, just walks up behind you and puts his hand on your shoulder all the while staring at the offender with disdain.
His death stare works. Every. Single. Time.
If he’s not near you he’ll flash them the Yamato in warning.
Makes sure to ask if you’re okay afterwards
Finds the person afterwards and has a little “chat” with them
Nero:
“Can you kindly fuck off?”
Grips the harasser by their shirt as if to say ‘I’ll beat you to a pulp if you try that shit again’
Pushes them away and walks off with you
If the creep follows you or tries to start a fight then he’ll punch them in the gut with one of his devil trigger wings
Yeah they’re not getting up for a while.
V:
“I suggest you scamper home, little vermin.” He pushes them away from you with his cane
“Yeah, you better turn tail cause Shakespeare here means business!” Griffon says from above you. Even V’s familiars are protective of you.
Most likely, the poor bastard will underestimate V.
They better be a good runner. V pits Shadow on them. Chasing the scumbag away for a few blocks.
Makes sure you’re okay afterwards

oooh an interesting spin, I like it. ft. a wounded Dante, Vergil, Nero, V and a gender neutral s/o

Dante:
Dante isn’t one to get hurt easily, he’s been in the devil hunting business for so long he’s perfected it into an art.
It’s definitely the first time you see him get hurt. He’s caught off-guard and gets stabbed straight through his pectoral from behind. You shout.
Running over to him you make quick work of finishing off any stray demons and run to Dante to see his wound.
It’s worse than you thought. He’s bleeding a lot and you panic. You start to ramble as your mind races for ways to fix him and your eyes sting with tears.
He tries to assure you that he’ll be okay but nothing he’s saying sticks in your mind for too long, no human could possibly survive being impaled like this.
Then it hits you. Human. Dante isn’t human.
You go quiet and Dante only assumes it’s because you realized. He holds your shaking hands in his and you blink away the tears in your eyes.
“Does it h-hurt?” you ask him.
“It does for a while,” he responds as he yanks the rusty weapon out of his chest. You wince the same time he does. “but then it’ll be fine.” he finishes and smiles at you.
Vergil:
He gets hurt and doesn’t tell you. You only realize when you two are walking home and he’s clutching his side. You look and there’s shiny red blood staining his blue undervest.
Obviously you’re angry and hurt that he didn’t tell you that he was wounded, so you yell at him. He dismisses your shouts and pleas.
You speed walk home, practically dragging Vergil behind by his sleeve.
Once you’re home, you sit him down and unbutton his vest to get a better look. He stiffens.
“What are you doing?” he asks bluntly.
“Patching you up.” you grumble as you open the first aid kit.
“Foolishness, it will heal itself. You’re angry at me.”
“Yes.” you exhale.
Vergil pauses “Why?” he asks after a beat.
That was it, you started yelling at him again, but this time trying your best to explain how much he means to you and why communication and trust is important in a healthy relationship. You felt a lump form in your throat.
And whole time you spoke, Vergil listened patiently, which only made your urge to cry stronger.
After you’re done, you both sit in silence. His wound has mended itself.
“I’ll try to tell you more next time. I apologize.” Vergil lightly rests his head on yours “I love you.” he whispers silently into your hair.
Nero:
He slipped up for a moment and ended up getting a nasty bump on the head.
You watch as he stumbles and fades in-and-out of consciousness. Another hoard was coming so you did your best to guard him as he regained composure.
Once he was able to see straight again, Nero saw you, fighting as best you could to keep the demon hoard a safe distance from him. As much as Nero likes to watch you fight, he didn’t want you getting hurt because of his little slip up.
He calls out to you, waving you over to him.
Once you both retreat to somewhere quiet, you inspect his headwound which was now bleeding down the side of his face to his chin.
He saw the frantic worry in your eyes, so he did the first thing he could think of to calm you. He wrapped his arm around you in a tight hug.
“It’s okay. I’ll be okay. You’ll be okay.” he repeats. His mind is fuzzy from the head wound.
His hugs are so nice, so warm and comforting.
“I got demon healing abilities, remember?” he whispers and you smile.
V:
Getting used to a feeble new body was still a big challenge for him. Not to mention that it was already beginning to deteriorate.
He tried his best to keep up with you on the battlefield, he really did, but maybe it wasn’t enough.
Shadow was stalemated at the moment, leaving him only Griffon and Nightmare to defend himself. One cog of this four-piece machine was missing, and that’s all it took for it to fall apart.
V suffered a blow to his side. He felt his rib break as he fell to the ground. He also heard you shout his name.
He gritted his teeth in pain. His body was so susceptible, so weak, so human.
V looked up to see you still fighting. You were careless because of your rage. You were going to get hurt. He shouts your name and you ignore him. He has to get up and pull you away.
“This battle isn’t ours to win yet. Let’s go, please.” he says the last part with such conviction, you only nod and retreat with him.
As you sit him down, the worry starts to set in.
“Tis’ but a scratch.” V chuckles dryly. Griffon audibly groans from above.
You seriously ask if he’s okay.
“I’ll be okay. This won’t be enough to kill me.” he answers and watches as you relax slightly.
His body had slowly been losing it’s energy to carry on for a while now and although what he told you wasn’t a lie, he wondered what you would do when he’s not there anymore.

Quick Question about V and his familiars...
hi. I really need to sleep but I cannot stop thinking about this.
it's explained in the manga (Visions of V) that V can share thoughts with his familiars, even when they aren't summoned. This raises the question: when V is in an ~intimate situation~ (up to reader interpretation) are his familiars aware of it and do they share his thoughts and feelings in that moment? How does V feel about this?? Can he turn off his telepathy link with them?? how does it work?

DMC 5 boys doing their s/o's hair
Let's see how well our boys can do some hair! ft. Dante, Vergil, Nero, V and a gender neutral s/o with long hair.

Dante:
He knows jack squat about hair.
Usually, he just washes his hair and lets it air dry.
He's never really had to comb it either. Sparda genetics gave him the silkiest, softest hair without him having to do much.
When you ask him to do your hair he's surprised, considering he's never thought to do anything with his hair. (That was more his brother's style)
At first, he'll probably pull it into two messy, uneven pigtails. When you look at your reflection, Dante chuckles.
"I told you I'm no good." He says as he puts his hand on your shoulder.
Eventually, he'll learn how to put your hair into a ponytail but that's about the extent of his knowledge unfortunately.
However, he does enjoy putting little accessories into your hair.
Vergil:
This is a man that knows a thing or two about hair.
He has all kinds of different shampoos and conditioners, including hair masks, and oils.
Owns more hair gels than anyone could probably ever need.
He's pleasantly surprised when you ask him to style your hair.
Vergil is well adept at straightening or curling your hair. He'll even put hair spray in it afterwards and it doesn't fall out all day!
You have to ask where he gets his hair sprays from bc that stuff is no joke
"Can you slick back my hair, like yours?" you ask him out of the blue one day.
He smiles and obliges.
Nero:
Let him cut your hair. He's actually quite good at it. He cuts his own hair all the time so he's had plenty of practice.
Whether you want a trim, a new cut, or your hair shaved off completely, he'll do it.
He's not great at styling it however. Nowhere near as bad as his uncle, but still not great.
Nero doesn't even know how to braid hair.
He'll look up how to do different hair styles just for you.
Eventually, you're sitting on the floor between his legs while Nero sits on the couch watching a YouTube tutorial on how to Dutch braid hair. It was his idea.
He'll insist that he can do it himself, and that you don't need to give him any pointers.
V:
Surprisingly good at styling hair. His fingers are very nimble (😏) and he loves to braid your hair.
He was so excited when you asked him to do your hair (doesn't let his excitement show though.)
He'll let you sit between his legs while he braids and re-braids your hair over and over again. There's no end goal, just closeness.
He could play with your hair for hours, it's almost therapeutic for him.
If you two are in a park or outside, he'll make daisy crowns for you to wear. (He had to look up how to make them beforehand, but he's quite good at it.) He'll also braid flowers into your hair.
Eventually it becomes a ritual for you two. V will just walk over and fix your hair. He'll move your hair out of your face, braid it, twirl it, tuck it behind your ear, anything.

How would they feel if someone they loved perished? ft. Dante, Vergil, Nero, and V (I personally don’t think that the boys themselves have the power to resurrect someone, but maybe someone else could...)

Dante:
At first, he would be crushed. Dante would hide it with a smile, but everyone around him would know. They’d see how his office became messier, he’d start taking less jobs, he’d go out less. If he heard of a way to resurrect someone, he’d pursue it for a while, trying to find out more. ‘Out of curiosity’ he’d say. Dante would snap out of it and stop himself before he falls too far down the rabbit hole though. It’s a decision that costs a lot of strength, and gives him a lot of regret. ‘This is not who I am’ he’d remind himself ‘This is not what I represent’. Eventually, after a long while, he’d be able to move on. He has a brother and a nephew, a family, that look up to him and need him. Dante believes that he has to be the glue to pull them all together. He moves on for his family, but he still counts the days since he last saw your face.
Vergil:
He’d push the feelings down. Deny that they were ever there. Vergil never got to mourn for his mother, and at this point, he’s not sure he knows how to. He’d become exceedingly distant to Dante and Nero (not that they ever got that close to begin with). They notice Vergil leaves often and is gone for longer each time. Dante could try to intervene, but Vergil just snaps at him. It’s like they’re back at square one. Vergil would do everything in his power to bring you back. It isn’t fair that he always loses everything he loves. It isn’t right. He’d spend his whole life trying to bring you back if he could. He’d do anything, make any deal, no price is too steep. In Vergil’s mind, what he’s doing isn’t wrong. He’s used to turning his grief into rage. Coincidentally, the only thing that could bring him back is his family. It’d be like stepping on nails, but there is a chance they would be able to do it.
Nero:
In a strange way, he’d feel beholden to you. He feels this way about all the people he can’t save. It makes him angry and upset that he can’t save everyone, but it’s something he had to come to terms with in his profession. Yet it feels different when it’s someone he knew, someone he was close to. Nero would want to bring you back, but he knows it’s not in his place to play God. He won’t defy the laws of nature, what’s done is done. He’ll try to get over it by himself, and there are times when he thinks he’s succeeded, only to be dragged back into the cycle of grieving once more. He might open up to a select few, he knows something’s wrong and he needs someone to talk to. He’ll feel better with time and help from others.
V:
Death is a natural part of life, as is birth. V knows this well. His whole purpose was to die, and yet he couldn’t. Maybe it was the way it was always going to be, or maybe it was some sort of cruel punishment for him, either way you’re dead now and he has to accept that. He wants to accept it. He really tries to. It would be so cathartic just to hate everyone, blame everyone for your death; to turn spiteful and angry. As much as he would love to bring you back, he knows he can’t. He doesn’t have enough time left. It’d be the easier choice to just curl up someplace and die. That was what he was meant to do, but he knows you wouldn’t want that. In the end, he hopes you’re someplace nice, beyond sorrow or joy, or dreams or consciousness. He might be there someday. He doesn’t mind.
This one was challenging to write (from a characterization point of view) but I enjoyed how it turned out. Thank you for the request anon. <3
How about DMC5 boys reaction when s/o slap them in the face during an argue, like probably huge one. The boys would says something hurtful for s/o in emotions. If it is comfortable for you, of course. Thanks! ❤️
DMC 5 boys: Argument edition
How would they react if their s/o got angry at them? ft. Dante, Vergil, Nero, and V with a gender neutral s/o. (I don’t condone hitting your relationship partner and it makes me uncomfortable to write about so I changed the prompt a bit so either the “slap” is an accident or doesn’t hurt the boys. I hope you don’t mind.)
Dante:
Often times when you argue it’s over something small and meaningless. He’ll sometimes say things to tease you, but he never goes too far and he never means what he says.
Dante’s a very laid back guy, there’s very little that will make him blow up in a full out argument. He would argue about things that he’s very passionate about though, such as family or his job.
You start arguing before Dante leaves for a job. He had only been back for a few weeks and now he was leaving you again to go out for an undisclosed amount of time.
Dante raises his voice without realizing it and you feel a lump form in your throat.
Unable to speak, you did the first thing that came to your mind and planted your fists on his chest to push him away. Dante, being built like a brickhouse, barely moves.
He’s confused at first. He doesn’t say anything, letting you bow your head on his chest.
“When will you be back?” you whisper hoarsely. Dante lets out a deep sigh through his nose and wraps his arms around your shoulders.
“I can’t say.” he responds as you begin to shake with tears. You cry through his shirt and he kisses the top of your head. “I’ll be back as soon as I can. I love you.”
He stays until you fall asleep.
Vergil:
He’s not one to argue or raise his voice. If you start an argument, he’ll most likely dismiss it but if you pester him enough, he’ll snap.
You two start arguing about something he’s brushed off for a while. He raises his voice.
You absentmindedly wave your hand in his face and he grabs your wrist. Not out of anger, or to hurt you, but just as a reflex. He’s too used to violence.
You realize and try to pull your wrist away, but his grip is still firm.
“I’m sorry Vergil.” you apologize and he relaxes a small bit.
“No... I should apologize.” he grumbles and releases your wrist. “We shouldn’t argue like this.”
You two eventually talk it out and come to an agreement.
In the days following, he feels ashamed for how he acted although he doesn’t explicitly say it.
He does do small things to try to indirectly apologize for it. He’ll make you food, he’ll spend more time with you and even though he’s quieter than usual, you know he’s sorry.
He doesn’t want you to see the side of him that’s scarred with years of violence and pain, you don’t deserve that.
Nero:
He’ll occasionally start an argument, it’s usually about something small and it’s resolved fairly quickly. He does have a problem with volume control though, he just doesn’t realize how loud he gets.
One argument lasts longer than usual and you get overwhelmed. You end up slamming a door in his face to get away. He’ll cool down after a few minutes.
You stay in the room for a while and Nero checks up on you a few times from the other side of the door.
He’ll wait until you’re good and ready to come out and talk. When you do, you find him cleaning up around the house.
He’ll ask you how you feel and apologize for yelling.
“You can tell me if I’m being too overbearing, I won’t get mad I promise.” He says as he snakes an arm around your waist.
He stays glued to your side for the rest of the evening as a form of apology.
V:
You’ve never heard him this angry. V usually knows how to control his temper so it comes as a surprise. He doesn’t yell, but his voice is low and hoarse with vexation. It’s the tone of voice that makes your stomach twist with shame.
You want to say something back, but you can’t find any words to say to him.
Feeling your cheeks flush with humiliation, you raise your hand to slap him but it loses momentum in the air.
The slap isn’t enough to sting, it’s barely even a tap, but it still shocks V.
Your hand rests on the side of his face, the pads of your fingers brushing against the faint stubble on his cheek. He stares at your face to try and find any traces of emotion.
Eventually, he places his hand on top of yours, pulling it flush to his face.
“My angel, I’m sorry, how will you ever forgive me?” His voice is soft now, no traces of any of the contempt from before. He leans in to press your foreheads together.
From then on, he’ll try to watch his tone and be more considerate of how his words effect you.

Dante:
He’s surprised and just kinda stares for a sec
“That’s hot”
He will try to get you to pick him up, no doubt. He’s so excited when you do. Usually he’s the one doing the picking-up.
Glad he has someone who is big and tough like him. (Even if you are way stronger than him)
He doesn’t like to admit you’re stronger than him, but he will eventually, begrudgingly.
Vergil:
He’s surprised, but proud
do not pick him up. just don’t even try. he’ll throw a fit.
Loves it when you fight beside him.
He acknowledges that you are stronger than him, you acknowledge that he is more powerful than you. Teamwork.
He’ll be interested in how you got your power, and he’ll push you to be the best you can be.
Nero:
Very competitive all of a sudden
He’ll try to arm wrestle you. Uses his devil breaker and everything. Try to go easy on him and not break any of Nico’s precious merchandise.
If you pick him up he’ll squirm and protest until you put him down. He secretly loves it though.
Hug attack! you both hug and see how tight you can squeeze the air out of each other’s lungs. It becomes a thing.
V:
Very shocked if you didn’t tell him beforehand.
Glad that he has someone strong at his side though. It’s a nice contrast from his lack of physical strength.
He feels strange if you pick him up, it’ll take some getting used to.
*hands you a jar of jelly that he can’t open* “Do you mind?”
Loves when you hold him in your big strong arms. It makes him feel protected.
(small rant time): I haven’t been that active today bc my PS4 keeps crashing and it’s been stressing me out :( I really wanna fix it soon so I can finish playing the DmC reboot! I honestly don’t know why that game got so much hate, I think it’s great. I love the story and gameplay, and even the new characterization of Vergil and Dante are interesting. Anyways, I plan to get it looked at in a shop tomorrow...

How would they react if their s/o was a witch? ft. Dante, Vergil, Nero, and V
Dante:
He doesn’t completely understand, but he thinks it’s cool anyways.
As curious as he is, he’ll make sure to leave you alone when you’re doing an important spell. (He’ll still try to sneak a peek though)
Asks you what all the ingredients and spells mean. While you explain, he’ll try his best to pretend to understand.
If you give offerings to certain gods or goddesses, he’ll join in too.
One day you walk up to your altar and there’s just a half-eaten box of fries. Yeah, that was Dante. No doubt about it.
Vergil:
He’s intrigued with all your practices and asks about them regularly.
He’ll try to learn more about it and maybe even read up on it in his own time. If it’s important to you, it’s important to him.
Sometimes will help you with gathering ingredients for a large spell
Give him protection charms! He’ll wear all the of trinkets that you give him.
Insists he doesn’t believe in it, but follows what you do “just in case”
*walks in with a small bowl of fruit* “I cut them some fruit.” *places it on your altar next to your other offerings*
Nero:
Likes to observe you in your daily routine. Eventually, he’ll notice he picks up certain rituals of yours.
Tries to do spells with you, but he doesn’t really understand all that well. He’ll leave it to you next time. You look better doing it anyway.
He loves when you give him little protection charms and things. Fully 100% believes that they work.
Nero knows better than to touch your altar though. Even if you’ve told him it’s okay. He doesn’t want to mess anything up or make the Gods angry.
V:
He’s very interested in your work. Asks about it a lot and maybe even tries to join in.

Vergil:
If you paint, those are his favorite works of yours. He’ll buy you the best art supplies that he can find (and afford of course).
Won’t ever ask you to draw him, but draw him anyways because he likes it. Good luck trying to convince him to sit down and model for you.
Loves when you show him what you’re working on.
Nero:
Likes your little doodles and half-finished sketches the most for some reason. He finds them endearing.
If you let him, he’ll draw little doodles in your sketch book. Makes sure he has your explicit permission first though.
If you draw him he’ll be so excited. Even if it’s just a sketch, he loves it.
V:
Yes yes yes. He loves the arts. Drawing, painting, singing, writing, he loves all of it.
He likes to draw sometimes as well, but he’s nowhere near as good as you.

DMC 5 boys: Comfort edition
How would they comfort their s/o who is upset? ft. Dante, Vergil, Nero, V and a sad s/o.
Dante:
His first reaction is to try and cheer you up. He’ll tell you jokes, hug you, wipe the tears off your face, anything for you to stop crying. It breaks his heart to see you cry.
If his efforts to make you laugh don’t work he’ll ask you what’s wrong to try and figure out how to mend it. He’ll understand if you don’t want to tell him, but he will ask.
After you’re done explaining, he suggests you two do something to take your mind off it for a while. You could watch a movie or go out to get something to eat.
If you don’t want to do anything, he’ll be willing to cuddle and talk all night.
Vergil:
Oh no... If you start crying, he’ll feel very uncomfortable. He’ll still try to comfort you, but he doesn’t like to see you cry. It makes his stomach twist.
He’ll sit next to you and rub your back while you cry. He doesn’t know what to say.
He does give the best advice after you finish crying though. He’ll tell you exactly what you need to hear every time.
Afterwards he’ll be especially soft to you. He’ll be willing to talk or watch a movie. He’ll be there for you for the rest of the day and he’ll even ask if you’re okay the next day.
Nero:
Wraps you in a smothering hug until you stop crying. He’ll let you cry through his shirt as he rubs your back. He won’t say anything.
Once you cry it out, he’ll sit you down and ask what’s wrong. If you’re willing to talk about it, you two will just sit and talk for a while.
Nero will make sure to reassure you. He’ll tell you how much you mean to him and how strong you are. He only wants to hold you until you feel better.
If you wanna watch a movie, he’ll sit with you. He loves to hear you laugh.
V:
He understands your feelings of sadness and frustration. He’ll sit next to you and listen to you rant. He doesn’t say anything.
Feels awkward if you start to cry, he doesn’t want to make it worse or say something wrong. He’ll treat you like glass in these fragile moments.
Scoops you in his arms just to hold you while you cry. He’ll rest his head on yours and whisper words of comfort to you.
After you’re done crying he’ll offer to read to you. His voice is so nice you end up falling asleep. Crying is exhausting. V closes his book and curls up next to you.

DMC 5 boys with a cosmetologist S/O
The boys with an s/o who does hair, skin care and nails. ft. Dante, Vergil, Nero, and V. (I know you asked for an s/o who specifically does hair, but I added some other things as a bonus.)
Dante:
“Cosmetology, right. So you like... look at the planets or whatever?” You have to explain to him what cosmetology actually is.
He’ll let you try all sorts of hairstyles on him, especially since his hair is so long now. Maybe he’ll even let you cut it. Won’t wear a wig though.
Paint his nails! He usually likes dark red colors. He wont wear fake nails because of how quickly he breaks them.
He’s hesitant of skincare at first, seeing you mix all the ingredients to make a slimy concoction to put on his face turns him off of the idea... at first. With enough convincing he’ll let you put a face mask on him.
Vergil:
Don’t change his hairstyle. He does it the same way every morning, and doesn’t want to change it. He’ll let you slick it back though.
He’ll let you cut it though. Just a trim.
If you offer him a manicure he’ll agree. He likes to have trimmed nails with a clear top coat.
Likes face masks. You get him hooked on the practice and he buys new ones for you two to try.
Nero:
You can’t really do much for Nero’s hair because it’s already buzzed short.
After much convincing, he lets you put a lace front wig on him. You take pictures and send them to everyone you can. It’s all in good fun, but he doesn’t put on another wig after that.
You have your work cut out for you on his nails. He’s a nail biter so his nails are short and the skin around them is flayed. You make it work though.
He doesn’t mind face masks. It’s a fun way to spend time together.
V:
Now that he thinks of it, he is in need of a haircut or at least a way to keep his hair out of his eyes.
You can pin the hair out of his eyes. He’ll let you get creative with it as well. Braid it, style it, put it in a half-up bun, anything you can with hair that’s as short as his.
Loves manicures. Thinks they look cool and what other color would he wear than black? He’ll let you try simplistic little designs as well and he’s good at maintaining them and not letting the designs crack off.
He likes face masks, but he gets impatient waiting for them to dry.

DMC 5 gang with an S/O who is menstruating
Period comfort ft. Dante, Vergil, Nero, V (the ladies will be in part 2) and a s/o with a cycle.(I didn’t know if you meant the DMC5 gang or the DmC gang so I stuck with DMC5 just to be safe.)
Dante:
He knows what a cycle is. He works with two women, so he’s heard all about it whether he wanted to or not.
Blood doesn’t gross him out anymore. He’s gotten used to it.
If you two don’t already live together, he’ll keep a stash of pads/tampons just for you. Dante will buy you new blankets and a heating pad as well.
He’ll take you out to buy snacks whenever you want. He loves food, he’ll eat with you so you “don’t feel lonely”.
Dante isn’t the best at keeping his medicine cabinet up to date, but he’ll try to remember to buy pain meds for you.
Actually, he kind of ‘babies’ you. He’ll draw you warm baths and coddle you. Remind him that you’ve gone trough this before numerous times and you’ll be okay. (Unless you like being coddled, sometimes it’s nice to be looked after.)
Vergil:
Vergil knows what menstruation is, as in, he’s heard of it before. You’ll have to walk him through the basics.
He feels somewhat queasy at the thought of your organ ripping itself to shreds, but he’ll never let you know that. He’s determined to be the strongest and best boyfriend ever in this week.
He knew periods were uncomfortable, but he didn’t know that cramps could get that bad.
He’ll get you pain meds and heating pads. Anything you need to make you feel better.
Vergil won’t quite understand your cravings, but he’ll let you get whatever you want. He’ll even suggest different teas to help your cramps.
Your mood swings concern him at times, but he’ll endure it.
Nero:
He knows all about periods. Nico is his best friend and she never shuts up when she’s menstruating.
He’s pretty much seen it all. Nothing fazes him anymore. He has no problem running to the store, at any hour, to buy pads, tampons, snacks, meds, anything.
So sweet and doting all the time. He understands if you’re more irritable during this time, you’re in pain. Anyone would be irritable if they were in pain 24/7.
He’ll be willing to let you just lay around and relax all day. He’ll lay with you so you don’t feel bad about not doing anything all day.
He just wants you to feel better and he can’t wait until the week is up so you can be your usual self again.
V:
No way he knows what a period is. Maybe he’s heard of them, but he definitely doesn’t know what happens in detail. He is but two days old... how could he know?
The first thing he notices is that you’re in pain. You thought he knew you were on your cycle. He didn’t.
He’ll ask you if you’re okay, you grumble something incoherent in response. He’s worried about you, even more so that you’re obviously in a lot of pain.
He wants to take the day off just to care for you. He’s never done this before, so be patient. He treats you like glass at first.
Tell him what you need and want. He’ll be willing to do anything, but you need to talk to him first.
He’ll hold you and give you massages if you want. Anything to make this week more bearable for you.

Dante:
He’s heard of asexuality before, but he still wants you to explain it to him so he can know what it means to you.
He’s very accepting! He’s willing to learn for you. He’ll encourage communication so he doesn’t get it wrong.
Loves holding hands. His hands are so so big and he loves how your hands fit in his. And hugs! He’s so good at hugs and cuddling.
When you two aren’t being physical he’ll show his affection by calling you cute nicknames. (They continually become more and more nonsensical)
If you ever want to have sex, he’ll make sure you’re comfortable. He’ll wait for you to ask him. There’s no rush.
Vergil:
When you explain it to him he understands. He’s only had sex once (we all know how that turned out) and even then he didn’t really care for it all that much.
He’s not a touchy-feely type. He’ll show his love through small actions such as cooking you dinner, or spending silent time with you.
He’ll try to get better at hugs and hand holding. They make him hesitant because he’s not used to physical affection, but he loves you so much he wants to get better.
If you feel like having sex he’ll be surprised, but he’ll still try to make it work for you.
Nero:
Nero knows what asexuality is, but he’s also heard it’s different for many people. He’ll try his best to properly research.
He loves hugs. They’re his favorite. He loves to just tackle you into a rib-crushing hug out of the blue every so often.
Board game/movie night becomes a regular. He loves to just spend quality time with you.
If you ever want to have sex he’ll make sure he knows what you are and aren’t okay with so he can make the experience as great as possible. Communication is key.
V:
He’ll do his best to make sure you’re comfortable in this relationship. He’s never had sex and he’s never really felt the need to.
He’ll show his affection by playing with your hair or fixing your appearance. He’ll do small things such as pull your hair back out of your face or pick stray threads off your clothes.
He’s not one for hugging, he’s loves holding your hand and rubbing your knuckles with his thumb. He’ll try to get better at hugging.
If you want to try having sex he’ll try his best to make sure you’re having a good time. He’s never done this before, so he’ll be nervous but still try his best.
Lady:
She’ll be very understanding and try to take it slow. She’s not the best at romantic relationships, but she will put in a good effort to get better and learn with you.
Even though she’s not great at intimacy, she loves holding your hand. It’s comforting for her.
Loves her conversations with you. She’ll talk about anything, she especially loves joking around with you. She’s very nice and bubbly when she opens up.
Trish:
She doesn’t quite understand it at first, but she’ll learn for you.
She likes to tease you a lot. It’s how she expresses her affection. She doesn’t mean any ill intent, it’s all in good fun.
You two spend a lot of time together. She’ll hold your hand and cuddle with you.
Nico:
She knows what asexuality is but still makes sure she’s got it right and asks a lot of questions.
She’s so fun to be with. She has all sorts of fun date ideas. Her favorite is to just drive around with you all night. Midnight Walmart runs where you both do nothing but look around.
Nico loves hugs. She’ll try to pick you up and spin you around as well.

There are no direct mentions of abuse (as it makes me uncomfortable to write about). Just what they would do to ensure your safety :) ft. Dante, Vergil, Nero, and V
Dante:
Makes you move in with him asap after you expressed your concerns to him
You don’t tell anyone, just pack up what you need and go. He’ll make sure to buy anything you want to make your new living arrangement feel more like a home than the last one.
He’ll become very protective of you. He wants to make sure that you are safe, but most importantly, that you actually feel safe.
You two will do fun things together such as movie nights, card games, and go out to eat. He’ll make sure you never have to see your parents again (if you don’t want to).
Vergil:
He understands to an extent. He knows what it’s like to have a parent who is overbearing, or expects too much of you. Even though he loved both of his parents very much, at times being the son of a demon could be too much.
He’s set on helping you find solace. When Vergil puts his mind to something, he doesn’t easily back down.
He would let you move in with him (as soon as he gets a house).
The irony of you asking him to help you and protect you is not lost to him. He thinks of himself as a violent and cruel person sometimes, knowing that you trust him wholeheartedly means the world to him.
Nero:
He knew the first time he met your parents, something seemed off about them. He had a very strong gut feeling that something was up; his instincts are rarely wrong.
He’ll ask you about it, but he won’t push. You don’t have to tell him if you don’t want to.
He helps you get out and get back on your feet. He’ll allow you to stay with him for as long as you want, or as long as it takes for you to settle somewhere else. You could even stay with him for the foreseeable future if you want. Whatever works best for you.
V:
He’s afraid. He wants to help you, but he doesn’t know how. He doesn’t have a house or money or anything to his name except for his book, cane, and the clothes on his back.
V is stubborn, but not too stubborn to ask for help. You two probably stay with Dante or Nero for the time being.
He’ll work very hard to get you both on your feet. He wants to be independent, not only for himself, but for you as well.
You both make sure to protect and support each other.

How would they react if they saw that their s/o was good with kids? Do they like kids? ft. Dante, Vergil, Nero, and V (this one turned out a bit long so I’m only including the men for the sake of brevity)
Dante:
He claims he doesn’t like kids, he claims that he can’t stand them, but he actually finds them quite fun and cute at times. He doesn’t have the patience to deal with them all day though, unlike you apparently.
The first time a kid approached you in public he was bewildered to put it lightly. They couldn’t have been older than three.
He watched as they outstretched their tiny fist and you crouched down and accepted the soggy gummy bear they dropped in your cupped hands. After that, the kid ran back to wherever their parent was.
It made him smile, just a little. He chuckled as you dropped the damp present into the nearest trashcan.
“Some gift.” he remarked sarcastically. “Yeah, but they’re so cute.” you whined (about children, you could do without their unsanitary gifts).
For a second he thought about how good of a parent you’d make, but then that’d mean that he’d have to be a parent as well...
He’s not ready to have kids. Maybe later, in the near future. He’ll have to remember to bring it up to you later. ;)
Vergil:
He doesn’t care for children, especially small ones, and definitely not little ones that aren’t his own. He’s come to somewhat tolerate Nero.
Kids usually go out of their way to avoid him in public. (It doesn’t help that he carries a sword pretty much everywhere he goes or that his resting face looks like he wants to murder someone.)
You two went to the park one day, just to walk around and enjoy the fresh air for a while when a kid bumped into you from behind while trying to run past you.
Obviously, you felt that it was your duty to clean the scrapes on their knees and palms until their parents arrived. Vergil watched curiously as you sat on the ground and patted their small wounds with a paper napkin you had in your bag.
He didn’t understand how you could put up with their constant quiet sniveling, but at the same time part of him felt remorseful. He never got to be there for his own son. He never got to experience raising him. His own son! He remembers how close his connection with his father was growing up and he’s regretful about how absent he’s been as a father himself.
Focuses on being closer to Nero for the time being, maybe someday he’ll want to have more children (although he’s not sure how Nero would react to having a half-sibling two decades younger than him), but no babies right now or anytime soon... probably ;)
Nero:
He’s probably the only Sparda who actually enjoys spending time with kids (openly at least). He plans to have kids of his own someday, but he doesn’t know when that will be with Dante’s constant nagging and Vergil’s unending complaints.
When he notices that kids tend to flock to you no matter where you two are, he’s somewhat jealous. It’s not fair that you can be so stunning and beautiful AND be great with kids.
There’s one little girl in particular that runs up to you with a small flower in her clutches. She extends her arms up to you and you crouch down and let her tuck the flower in your hair (to the best of her ability). She runs off in giddy satisfaction without saying a word.
When you rise to look at Nero again you ask him how it looks in a joking manner. He only stares at you with a gentle smile on his lips.
“It looks great.” he manages to say with adoration in his eyes. His voice is barely above a whisper.
A baby girl would be nice, he thinks to himself, surely a well-needed change from the bickering of his uncle and father. Gods, he’s never wanted children more than in this moment. Good thing he has all the time in the world... but what better time to start than now? ;)
V:
He never really took a liking to kids. Never hated them or found them annoying, but he’s never felt attached to children. This could be because he’s never really thought of children, in any regard, his own or otherwise. He’s not even entirely sure if he can have children, due to the strange circumstances of his ‘birth’
He watches as you play with the child of a family friend’s. You were supposed to be baby sitting for them for the evening; you called him over for “help”, but truthfully he had no clue how to care for children.
Eventually, you slump back down on the couch next to where he is sitting. “It’s exhausting.” you say through a smile.
“I’m sure it is.” he smiles back at you. He can tell how much you enjoy it though, as he studies your face, your unknowing eyes still watching the kid. It was getting late, their parents would be back soon.
He’s apprehensive about having kids of his own, he’s never thought about it until now. Although it would be fun to have something of his own, to leave proof that he existed in the world, to care for them and read to them and watch after them as they grow into their own person. He understands why those parents chose you as a babysitter, you had such a natural way with kids.
He’s not sure if he’s ready for such a big commitment as children, he still has to get rid of all this nervousness surrounding him about it. He’s not sure if he’ll be a good parent or if he is even able to reproduce... better help him with seeing what he is able of. ;)
