Data is probably my favorite fictional character of all time. As an ace and autistic person, he is highly relatable. And yes, while it's not great that much of our "representation" tends to be alien, or robot, or non human, Data feels special, because unlike other characters where it is hammered in just exactly how non human they are, Star Trek goes out of its way tells us again and again that Data is human in all the ways that matter.
I have the biggest crush on Commander Data.

[1] I could see if this wasn't TOS as the rank bands aren't wavy and there doesn't seem to be an undershirt (beyond is my other guess). Also this only one where the logo is on the right like the Starfleet logo!
[2] it's hard to see in the image but the texture is the same as the AOS shirt that and the emphasized seam lines makes me confident in this is AOS.
[3] I thought it was SNW at first then i stared really hard and remembered beyond exists
