Inner Turmoil

Here's my moment of truth, though I know no one cares. I honestly don't see myself alive this time next year. It's an unimaginable thought of me being around at 30. And even if I wanted to talk to someone or receive help. There's no one around me who would actually listen to what I have to say without freaking out. Or making me seem like a crazy person who needs to be locked up in some mental institution. Just felt like getting that off my chest.
