If What Happened to Dany had Happened to Jon

Jon in Battle of the Bastards: Rushes in to save rickon putting himself in jeopardy and completely fucking up the entire plan. When he defeats ramsay he beats the ABSOLUTE shit out of him. 

Did anyone call him mad? He got killed for saving the lives of the wildings. Did he get backlash from fans? 

Dany in Battle of Winterfell: Rushes to save Jon putting herself in jeopardy (called useless), loses Jorah, cripples her army, has to fight her own baby. Only person who acknowledges and toasts Arya.

Dany at Dragon’s Bay: Saves slaves. SLAVES! Sets the throne aside for the greater good. This is the second time she has done that when she didnt even need to. She’s good at heart.  

Fans: MAD QUEEN! 

No matter what - Jon the dumb but just man is my king. 

Dan the somewhat smart, very impulsive, soft sometimes, just and kind is my queen. No further comments. 

it’s sad how it’s 2019 and we still see male/female characters differently. 

Cersei, a woman, is already the main villain. They turned all the other powerful female characters into villains; mad queens and snakes fighting each other, like Sansa and Dany. Even though Dany HELPED the north and sacrificed her dragon, her armies, everything, they still can’t trust her. Why? Cause she’s a woman. And empowered woman are snakes not to be trusted. That’s how we are represented by writers. That’s how the sexist world sees us. Meanwhile, male protagonists in GOT are the good guys, the heros, or they are grey characters whose good side is more accentuated, having a redemption arc that excuses their mistakes like Jamie and Theon. That’s why. We need. More. Fucking female writers.

Followed by the slow realization that the only reason she wanted the slave you used as a translator is because she understood how fucking smart said slave is.

How I wish GoT to end

1) Jon Snow and Daenerys rulling on the throne together as king and queen. Although this is highly unlike and I believe realistically one or maybe both of them will die I wish for this.

Or

2) Sansa takes the throne. Unlike most I like her arch as a character and can see alot of parallels between her and Cersei. I think this could be a very interesting bittersweet ending depending on which side of the coin her character lands.

Or

3) The Night King takes the throne and evil rules. This is the dark part of me coming to the light. It would just be so cool considering how much his character has been built up to see this unstoppable force take what he wants.

I have many other theories that do not regard the throne but they shall wait for another day.
