Hi so this is the continuation of Childe's part of my mini series featuring genshin boys as your protective brother, and how they react when they meet your s/o. I hope you enjoy! Also requests are always open!

Pt.2 of Childe

Ajax exe. has stopped working. Who in the HELL has the nerve to kiss his sibling! Well he's about to find out. He starts stomping over ready to give this person a piece of his mind when something even MORE shocking happened you kissed them BACK, now he really stops in place for a second before he almost seems to teleport in front of you and pushes you two apart

To say you were shocked was an understatement, you were so startled you almost choked!

AJAX?! What are you doing here?!

Your shock quickly turned to panic when you saw your brothers steel gaze that looked downright murderous towards your s/o

Ajax decided to ignore you for the moment his attention was on your s/o who to their credit was calm and didn't look scared at all...yet at least Ajax thought

Your s/o as calm as they were, they were visibly confused and they made their confusion known as they asked "who are you?"

You were nervous and you got even more nervous when Ajax smiled, now to anyone who didn't know him it looked genuine, but to you who had known your beloved older brother your whole life you knew it was forced, fake, and cold. It was the stare he gave to enemies

"Who am I?!" Ajax was getting increasingly more upset, "I'm their older brother!" He said as he glared

Your s/o finally showed signs of being nervous and they visibly paled, wait...was this the overprotective brother you mentioned that you had the closest relationship to out of all your siblings and who had practically raised you, and hated anyone who he deemed to be a threat to you?!

You decide that you might want to intervene before Ajax caused anymore of a scene, his raised voice had attracted the eyes and attention of nearby customers, you quickly pulled your brother with you as you excused yourself and told your s/o you would be back in a moment

Ajax was protesting as you dragged him away from your s/o and to the back of the restaurant where you could explain, he glared at your s/o as he was dragged😅

He stood there with his eyebrow raised and a look that practically screamed want to tell me what the HELL is going on?!

You sighed and admonished yourself silently for trying to hide something from him, as well as being protective he was very nosy😑

You took a deep breath and said "Ajax the person you just saw in there is my s/o"

His reaction wasn't as bad as you imagined to your relief, but then again he had just saw you kiss, he might be a little oblivious but he isn't stupid

He just stared at you for a minute and just as you thought he might be okay with it you were proven wrong (ofc you were you thought🥲🙄) "you're not seeing them" he said as he grabbed your wrist and tried to pull you with him

To his surprise YET AGAIN (this day was definitely becoming just full of surprises wasn't it?) you pulled your wrist away and said " No Ajax I really like them and as much as I love you, you have to let me make my own decisions for my life! I know you're just worried but you need to trust me!"

He paused, he didn't want you to think he didn't want you to think he didn't trust you but he didn't want to except that you were growing up fast and that you wouldn't always have just him in your heart, he would have to share 😃😭

He just sighed he realized that he had to let you grow on your own, but hey that doesn't mean he can't still look out for you! He always will no matter what, he doesn't trust this person, but if they make you happy he'll give them a chance *sigh*

Ajax looked at you and said "okay you can date them but if they ever and I mean EVER hurt you, you tell me okay?

You couldn't believe it! He actually agreed?! You nodded your head excitedly and with the biggest smile hugged your brother tight!

"Don't worry Ajax" you said "I'll always love you, your my big brother and my best friend you'll always be first in my heart"

Poor boy MELTED he couldn't believe his little sibling was growing up so fast 😭 he would miss you when you really grew up and went out on your own in the world

But he would always be there for you, you and his family come first in his heart, always, so no matter where you are you can always count on big brother Ajax

The two of you will look out for each other and keep each other happy like always :)
