I don't usually confirm or deny fan theories before the story plays out, but there are such an outlandish number of fan theories asking if there will be a polyamorous relationship between the Greasefire characters that I need to answer them. Some of the poly theories also include Lexi and Duke Dandy???? Even Brady?? This will never happen, put any hope you have of it to rest.
Ashley would rather get run over by a bus than hear the word "polyamorous" ever again. He is the least likely character to ever want a poly relationship. Like he is literally traumatized by the very concept of them. I cannot stress enough how badly he wouldn't want that. The Greasefire gang are a friend group lmao they aren't in a six-way romantic slow burn, they're just close friends and that's fine.
PS though, I do support people making absolutely insane crack ships that would never be canon, so don't let this deter you from writing your own fanfic ending.

Hey gambinos I need some feedback. So I've been incubating a story for over a year now and I haven't fully committed to because I'm not sure it would be possible as an audio roleplay. In short, my issue is that the narrative relies HEAVILY on an unspoken internal conflict that could only be depicted by a description of the character's internal monologue, or very subtle visual cues. Two things that can't exist for an audio roleplay listener. It's also not really about the development of a romance, but focuses primarily on the decline of a lifelong friendship and the protagonist's descent into evil ambition.
I threw around the idea of saying "fuck it" and writing a novel, but I'm not sure that's the move. I have never written a novel in my life and I'd have to learn as I go, and I don't want to waste one of my most compelling ideas on a literary mulligan. I think I have a solution though!
This would be very experimental, but I was throwing around the idea of casting a narrator for the parts that involve internal monologue, time skips, and actions too subtle to be conveyed by sound. Think of something in the style of Baldur's Gate, where most of the story is told through actions and dialogue, with the narrator appearing from time to time to describe the player's thoughts and feelings.
I'll probably yap a little more about this project as it goes on. It doesn't have a title yet but I'm very excited by the idea and I dont want to let this one die on the vine.

Rambling under this.
Some basic info
Warren and Tatiana met when she was 23 and him being 25. They married at 29 and 31 respectively.
Tatiana used to be a Justicator before retiring early after getting pregnant to be a stay at home mother.
Tatiana is currently 41 y/o. her kids went missing when she was 39 y/o.
Headcanon Warren is 43. So the kids went missing when he was 41.
Serena and Aiden went missing at 9 years old.
Tatiana and Warren were actually very happy together, till he thought it was a good idea to take the kids with him to a hunt.
He looked away from them for less than a minute before they just.. disappeared. He was understandably freaked out and started looking for them.
This put a strain on the two's marriage, but they had hope that they'd find them soon—and they... technically did.
Warren only found Serena under a tree, a reptilian halfblood—it was too dark to see what specific species it was, sleeping next to her half eaten corpse.
He was rightfully raged and brutally killed the halfblood. Carrying his daughter's corpse was a very traumatic experience.
Tatiana was shattered to see her daughter like this. Grief convinced her it was Warren's fault—and it technically was..who takes 9 year olds with them to these kind of things?? Anyways she divorced him.
Aiden is still missing.
Warren still roams the forest on his days off to look for him.

Icarus and hops being silly go go go!!
"squeak!" Icarus heard a sound from his bag, feeling movement against his leg where the leather satchel sat.
"Hops, shh!" Icarus whispered to his moving bag, trying his best to quickly get to their destination.
The pair had landed in another fantasy-type universe, the ones that Icarus hated the most. It was hard enough trying to get through more modern universes with his arm and his eye, but getting through these ones without someone calling him a freak and trying to hurt him was nearly impossible.
"squeak!" The chittering got louder and more insistent as Hops popped her little snout out the side of the bag, sniffing the air.
"Hops, what did I just say?" Icarus scolded the ferret as he tried to hide her from preying eyes. They were so close to the exit of the town they'd stopped by to get some supplies. Just a few more steps and-
"halt!" A strong voice commanded before a body clad in armor stood in front of Icarus, effectively blocking his way.
"and where do you think you're going?" Icarus looked up to see a guard, hand on their belt ready to draw their sword in case they thought Icarus was a threat.
"oh, just heading on out," Icarus tried his best to keep the hood covering his eyes, "just needed some supplies for the journey! Now if you'll excuse me-"
Icarus tried stepping around the guard but they were having none of that. "now you wait right here!" The guard said as they grabbed Icarus' right arm, gasping as they saw what they had grabbed.
Icarus froze as his metal arm glinted in the light, shocking the guard and the nosy townspeople that were watching the encounter. He cursed himself, quickly thinking of a plan to get out.
"you... your arm!" The guard gasped before recoiling, as if the metal had burnt their gloved hand. "I don't know what you are, but you need to be taken to the king immediately!"
Icarus just sighed as his hand reached under his cape for the smaller bag that sat at his other hip.
"well, as much as I bet your king is lovely, I sadly don't have time for that," with a swift motion, Icarus threw the item he had grabbed onto the floor, a large cloud of smoke coming after it hit.
Turning towards the exit, Icarus ran from the yelling of the now blinded guard, swiftly making it through the gate and onto the path outside before quickly bolting towards the overgrown forest that surrounded the kingdom.
Running, ducking, and jumping around the trees, Icarus was able to find a safe place to hunker down.
Catching his breath, Icarus let the hood drop down and off his head, letting him take a big breath of relief. He only got a moment of peace before another loud squeak was heard from his bag.
"alright alright! What is it Hops?" Icarus sighed as he opened the flap of the bag slightly, letting Hops come out onto his lap.
As she did, thought, Icarus noticed she was carrying something in her mouth, the item shining in the light that had found it's way to the bottom of the forest floor.
"Hops, is that..?" Icarus trailed off before a grin took hold of his face, laughing lightly as Hops danced excitedly in his lap. "oh my gosh! Hops! You found it!" Icarus felt his smile widen as Hops placed the necklace in his hand, chirping proudly.
"I thought I lost it. To think, I just dropped it in my bag!" Icarus giggled in relief, unclasping the necklace before clasping it once more around his neck, grabbing the ring that sat on the chain to inspect it.
Hops leaned back on her hind legs to sniff at the ring, chirping at Icarus again.
"thanks for finding it girl," Icarus let the ring fall back into place as he pet the ferret, who squeaked happily at the affection. "I don't know what I would have done if I'd actually lost this."

The setting is on an alien ship, think Star Trek but with no humans. Why? Because a lot of alien species think that humans are an abomination to whatever being created the universe.
Like, what do you mean they have a super corrosive acid in their stomach??? You have to be shitting me Vekktar.
Well, as I said, no humans allowed on the ship. The problem? It's one of the most popular and most dangerous ships in the universe, carrying very important people and information in it daily.
So you, the listener (a human) was tasked to infiltrate the ship, get blueprints of it and it's software, as well as a general idea as to the specific types of info and people it carries.
You'd think that it would be hard disguising yourself as another alien race, but thankfully, most aliens think humans are dumb. They also have no idea just how realistic human special effects makeup is.
So now, thanks to hours and hours of training in special effects, a little bit of interplanitarian black market shopping for a new identity, you finally board the ship under a disguise as one of the more peaceful alien species (so that if they find out a human tried to sneak onto a ship disguised as them, they won't instantly declare war on humans).
The mission goes well! You're able to communicate and create bonds with other shipmates since they see you as an equal. You try your best to not form friendships that are too close (as you do not want them finding out your true identity) but you just can't help yourself. After all, one of a human's greatest weaknesses is their friendliness.
You meet a particularly nice alien (the speaker) and become quite close along your journey around galaxies. You two spend lots of time together, playing games, goofing off, and generally having an absolute blast.
It isn't until the very end of your mission, when you've gotten all the information you need, that your new alien best friend finds out.
It wasn't a grand ordeal when your friend found out. You were turning in for the night, doing your nightly routine of taking off the heaps of makeup you put on every morning before you head to bed for a good night sleep. This was routine to you at this point, and that's where you slipped up.
You forgot to lock the door.
So halfway through removing all the gunk on your face, you hear the door to your quarters open.
"yo! Where are you?" They called out, "I have something to show you!"
You tried to quickly run and shut the door to the bathroom, but you were too late. Standing face to face with your best friend, their eyes widened in shock.
"wha- a human?" Their voice turned cruel as they drew their weapon at their hip, "how the hell did you get in here."
You quickly explained yourself, your friend recognizing you from your voice.
"wait you... You're a human??" They were confused, slowly putting the pieces together in their brain.
They then questioned you, asking about your mission, its purpose, and other things.
(I can't think of any more at the moment, but yey :])

You just released an audio or script with the title "Your Friend Discovers You Are Secretly a Human"
What's the story, what's the characters, and how do you interpret it?
1. They're alive! And doing great with their adoptive family:]

3. Family to Sammy, means those you surround yourself with that help you and love you. That pull you up when you're down and cheer you on no matter what. Blood or not, anyone can be family.
4. Sammy thought for a moment, looking at the apple, before standing up and grabbing a couple more from the low hanging branches.
With a little bit of time, and a little bit of misfortune, Sammy used the apples to make an ok apple pie (that wasn't cooked all the way, Sammy thinks that a certain someone was watching him bake it)
After the pie had fully cooled off, Sammy wrote a quick note before leaving the pie and the note outside the door.
Chester noticed this, and went over to investigate. The note read:
Chester,
I know it must be hard, being the god of misfortune and everyone hating you. I don't know how much a gesture from a mortal will help, but I wanted to make you a little something, so I hope you enjoy this apple pie I made (with a little bit of your misfortune sprinkled in for flavor)

Chester felt his eyes water as he slowly picked up the pie. Grabbing the fork that was also left with it, they slowly ate the half burnt, half uncooked pie. Even with this, it was the most delicious pie they'd ever had. Because it was made with love and care, love and care for Chester of all people.

The past week had been...shit, to put it simply. No matter what they were doing something always went wrong, they could barely step outside their house without something being messed up.
They were now sat under a tree, minding their own business, the sky was cloudy...it was probably going to rain...and they didn't have a jacket...fuck. Well nothing they could do now, they sighed and leant back against the rough bark
"Ouch!!!"
An apple had fallen from the tree and hit them in the head. They glanced up at the branches of the tree to see what caused it to fall...nothing. Another sigh escaped their lips before they went to take a bite of the apple
"I wouldn't do that..."
Their head shot across the field, a dark figure was sat on the ground across from them, they almost blended into the grass given their deep green colour pallet...Chester, God of Misfortune, he grinned over at them. Instantly Bug felt annoyed, nobody was happy when Chester appeared...it meant bad things, his presence was never a good sign
"I heard they found bugs in those trees...and given your recent luck I'd say it's best not to test the rumours-"
....that asshole, he had caused all this bad luck!!! Why tf was he doing that!!
They got annoyed at him and went to yell...when they realised smth...Chester can only plague people with awful luck if he's near them...meaning he was following them...all week. They questioned him on this and the smile instantly vanished from his face
"I- Well I never...I was just-"
He grumbled quietly, his gaze eventually falling on the floor as he grumbled out a response
"I like your company...but I knew you wouldn't want me around, nobody ever does. Others do their job, they get praised, I do my job and everyone avoids me...you all hate me, everyone does, mortals, gods, those at any stage between"
He kept vanishing, then reappearing in another spot until he was right beside Bug. The veil shielded his face...adding to his unsettling nature. He spoke once more
"What else am I to do *Bug*?"
And whoosh, he was gone...what else could he do Bug?

Ik we have the Bug discord but I had another idea, what if I made a separate server purely for role-playing as the Bugs. Like each of the channels would be a different place/ area of the forest and people could rp together
