So after an still ongoing discussing with @greenfablesstorytims​ about chapter 311 and the different translations that stated in this post I am still not sure who is actually refearing to whom in wich sentece. But this post still makes sense if you look at it from a different perspective from Hawks talking about the hatred that Tomura has -which he does but he also has so much love for the league.
