Cut to U.A. and Deku remembers Tomura's line in the last war, that not understanding each other is what makes them heroes and villains

It took sooooo long but finally Deku is connecting the dots.
The fact he's looking back at his interactions with Tomura, realizing how Tomura really was saying it all but they discarded his words as simple bullshit. There's a breach in their communication 'CAUSE AFO PUT IT THERE. It was a trap, AFO's plan all along: the heroes can't save what they don't understand, they can't reach what "it's not there".
I want you all to know that AFO will lose not only 'cause everyone worked together, but specifically because Tomura is even now too human to just disappear and die under AFO's command. He's the guy who still thinks of his dog and smiles at the memory of her mother to clam her down, the one who remembers his childhood friends dearly and misses holding his sister's hand.
He's too kind even after all this time.
And Deku is about to break into thw bubble of darkness he's been trapped for years, so Tomura can finally see the light once more.
It took too long. Around 16 years.
But someone is finally rescuing Tenko.
