As a track athlete I just watched the Olympic Trials for track and field and….
WTF NOAH LYLES AKA THE FASTEST MAN IN THE WORLD AFTER USAIN BOLT LEFT THE SCENE IS PULLING OUT HOS FUCKING BLUE EYES WHITE DRAGON AND SHOVING IT INTO THE FUCKING CAMERA!!!! YUGIOH WIN!!!! SETO KAIBA WOULD FEEL SOOOOOO MUCH PRIDE LIKE WTF???? HE SHOWED IT TO THE CAMERA BEFORE EVERY 100 METER RACE TOO I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE HIM DO IT FOR THE 200 METERS!!

Out of every card I didn’t expect Mokuba’s card to be Blue Eyes I was expecting maybe one of his Capsule monsters. But then again none of his capsule monsters are that memorable. I can’t complain tho I think it’s cute that Mokuba asks Blue Eyes for help.

Just a page I wanted to do because I like baby dragons. I don’t have anything more to say really.
Tried out doing a really soft shading style to make a plush like look. It’s pretty hard and I’m still not sure I completely pulled it off but it looks real nice.

Another fun one, this time painting up a map for kaiba land. Looked at a bunch of old theme park maps to choose the colour scheme for this one and I was pretty surprised by how strange they are.

Twin Concepts, Conflicted Battle
I forgot to post this :0000. My standee piece for @aygozineproduction ‘s Dragon's Den zine!
I wanted to make a completely different style of illustration, focussing on a rococo painterly style. I tried out recreating that elegant battle feel so many classical paintings have (harder than it looks)
I love this piece alot, this zine was just a blast!!!!
