You got any Maze thoughts bouncing around? 👀

There is actually headcanon I'm rotating in my head like shishkebab, so I will share something about Maze's cadet years. ^^

Jango made sure the Alpha's will obey every of his orders. EVERYTHING. That sometimes led to those rare wholesome moments where some of them were allowed to actually babysit little Boba while he was away.

Maze knew he was in a forbidden area by reading non-regulation and non-curriculum literature, so when Jango caught him with those, and ordered him to follow, he thought this will be the end of his life.

Only Jango led him to his apartment. He made him sit down with Boba, put a book into his hands and ordered him to read. Out loud. That was the first time when Maze read fiction. Fairy tales for children. Reading bedtime stories to Boba, Maze developed a very distinguished vocabulary and the others teased him for it a bit.

Maze often wonders what happened with Boba. Is he alone out there? Does Boba remember him? Has he fond memories about him just like he has fond memories about those bedtime stories?

Makes me wonder what would happen when Maze learns that Boba is held as an inmate in the Coruscant Guard prison... that would be interesting, but I need to rotate that idea in my head a little bit more.
