Admittedly, he does like the process. It's slow, finicky, inefficient, but it's shooting all the same. It's a dazzling control over places beyond his reach. Itβs minimal movement for frightening effect. Force through simplicity. It's grounding, exhilarating, satisfying; it may well be beautiful. Or, close to whatever the rest of humanity means by the word. It's shooting. What he doesn't enjoy is the splitting of the act into their inescapable imaginings of right and wrong.
Asirpa teaches Ogata archery to show him a different side of his craft. Or, Ogata gets insecure and bullies a little girl.
