My birthday is up so I will be able to get some more material, and with that I'm planning my next sculpt, which will be more ambitious! This time I will make a proper diorama of a #majungasaurus scavenging a drowned #rapetosaurus . However, I haven't decided yet if I'm adding any more creatures like #mahajangasuchus or a small dinosaur lurking around, waiting for their turn to feed. There will be water, there will be sand, there will be plants, and I will make something that has started decaying for the first time ever! First I will give the kelenken a victim tho. Some more photos of the underlying armature and how i built it up for the platybelodon sculpt. I think i will keep making basic skulls for my sculpts as it gives a rather natural look imo, also it satisfoes my need for playing with and kearning better anatomy👀 one tuak is deliberatley shorter than the other to portray use and wear from a life of fighting. I'm always fascinated by battle scarred bull elephants. Some progress shots from a newly done commission of a thylacoleo carnifex. Looks rather alien and bony doesn't it? Steelwire armature padded with tinfoil, bound by soft steel wire, basic skull and skeletal structure, and premade custom size eyes and very rudementary anatomy "filling". Finished product up on Firday 10th. . Been thinking about doing process videos/time-lapse videos of sculptures. Would you be interested? . Been a few hectic and exhausting weeks! I haven't shown much from the animation project I'm working on for ADHDNorge and Extrastiftelsen..don't know why? The more eagle-eyed among you may notice that this is not a sculpture.
A few weeks ago, I received a small grant from Berkeley Repertory Theatre to teach my lazy self how to figure sculpt, which means no more worms and boxes for this girl! Human figures all the way! I tried signing up for a class where I could learn from a live model, but there weren't any being offered locally during the time I needed them. So I did the next best thing: ordered three fantastic DVDs from the world-renowned Gnomon Workshop. I even had enough grant money left over for two wire armatures, eight pounds of Super Sculpey, and eight pounds of Sculpey Firm. Woo-hoo! Step one: Creating a Fantasy Figure by Wendy Froud (who sculpted characters for Labyrinth and Dark Crystal). At the moment, I'm just watching and learning. But I'm going to post my progress as I follow along with her, so this little wire guy should have some meat on his bones in a day or two...I hope. Stay tuned!

Perhaps this is the part of Rocky that looks like a robot or a model?

I've started drawing more details on half-model Rocky. So I've shown the main parts they created.
It's really cool that I personally drew a scene where Rocky is coming but without color (it's a template).
And I watched them suddenly Rocky kind of looked like a robot from the future world
But I don't understand why it's so cool OMG =)))))
