LOOPiN, also known as Boy Of The Week, is a fictional south korean boy group debuted by New Wave Music in colaboration with Blockberry Creative. Heavily marketed as the brother group of LOONA, LOOPiN went trought a similar debut process as the senior; starting from July 2018, a set of members would be weekly introduced with mini solo MVs. On the last week of the month, the debuted members would release a single album as an unit and promote on music shows for the next 30 days. This would go on for 8 months, up until all 10 members and 4 units had been introduced. LOOPiN officially debuted as a full act with the single ‘Love Me Right’ on June 10th, 2019 to small success in South Korea but instant international attention. They’ve been known for their lore heavy concept, cinematic aesthetic and unpredictable sound ever since, slowly coming off the shadow of their sibling group and tracing their own path into the 4th gen hall of fame.
