Honestly that whole scene was just... treason, treason and treason. Idk how he let that slide. His son was mutilated, and instead of worrying about that he screams at him instead. To add insult to literal injury,  his daughter outright says that said son should be tortured as he is getting his eyes sewn because HER son took it out. Then , his wife demands that one of his grandson’s ( yk the one that is bleeding all over and has a broken nose ) eye be taken out as retribution for her son’s, before attacking and injuring his daughter and heir. 

I’m sorry but if I’m the King and someone orders the mutilation of my like 6 yr old grandson and attacks my daughter with a knife in a room filled with witnesses, they’re being charged with treason, idgaf who they are.

 And if a member of the Kingsguard sworn to protect my family is about to join in too, then he can be put down too.

 Like, the amount of treason/high treason I just witnessed, deliberately going against king’s orders, the chaos, not on my watch
