boy am I glad I cancelled my Adobe YEARS ago and even then they caused issues even tho I was super careful about cancelling it in the correct stated time frame to not get hit with cancellation fees THEY STILL TRIED I reached out to customer service and (politely) called their bs that the cancellation fee was never part of the user agreement I signed and they did withdraw their cancellation fee demand. it's outrageous to see that they're just trying to fuck people over harder and harder as time goes by always made me think the adobe program bundle doesn't have enough competitive service bundles and that monopoly lets them do shit like this
