AU Where Jet doesn't find out that Iroh and Zuko are FN

Top text: au where jet doesn’t find out that zuko and iroh are fire nation and when he runs into the gaang he goes ‘oh by the way this is my new friend lee. we met on the ferry ride over here!’ and the gaang and zuko just like awkwardly stare at each other for a really long time. Zuko and Jet are chilling after Zuko's shift. Jet is chatting while Zuko contributes with a singular "dam".
Jet notices the Gaang, shouts: "O, look, it's THE AVATAR! And Katara! :D and some kids. Zuko screams: "Excuse me, the WHO??". Katara notices them too and is quite concerned. Aang notices Katara's noticing and is concerned about her concerning.
Zuko thinks: "Oh Agni, it IS him". While Jet is explaining to him what are kids (he thought Zuko screamed because of kids): "You know... Kids. They sometimes visit the shop. They're like little adults with terrible temper (you're actually a kid too). Oh! Did you mean Katara? She-". Katara interrupts them, shouting: "Jet? Zuko?? WHAT IN THE SPIRITS ARE YOU DOING HERE?". Jet grabs Zuko and says: "I've decided to start it all over. Here, in Ba Sing Se, to get over my past life. And it's not "Zuko", it's my friend Lee. We met on the ferry ride here! He's a nice guy! A bit awkward though." Zuko is dying inside.
The gaang stares two frames in a row. Toph doesn't understand what's going on.
“This is Aang. The Avatar,” Katara says slowly. “It’s a pleasure to meet you,” Zuko replies carefully. “Don’t you mean it’s an honor?” Sokka retorts. Zuko strongly considers breaking his cover just to murder Sokka right there. @appendingfic

So uh yeah uh

A lot of people are having a heart attack this day. Zuko because of a scary and an unwise water tribe peasants. Iroh and Jet when they see the candles go WHOSH. Katara when her brother turns out to be pretty flammable and he's about to gain a matching scar. Aang because he's empathetic king. Toph because people are suddenly dying. (Kira's unhealthy laugh thunders somewhere distant.)
