has to be dark i cant stand if there’s a lamp on and then a ton of blankets and pillows just everywhere i like it when there’s weight pressing down on me usually my dog :) he’s great and his paws smell like fritos when he sleeps and it makes me sleepy and my body is completely contorted that it could make chiropractors cry no seriously my sleeping position is horrendous but it’s comfy cuz my body is not at all aligned lolz NO NOISE idk how people can sleep with music or anything it doesn’t make me feel like i’ve acc slept oh and i usually drink a cup of tea before bed it’s nice also i’m fine with any temp usually but my head can’t be cold or i’ll wake up sick in canada i cant sleep with my head agaisnt a window esp in winter
