okay I’m v curious about this so fanfic writers reblog and put in the tags whether you title your fic before or after you write it

tends to be afterwards for me because i'll usually use a line from the fic as the title if i can or like a particular event or scene will inspire the title but sometimes i'm like wtf do i call this and end up choosing some random poetic nonsense
