Hear me out, in the update that released pitaya as a playable character in crk, and they meet/see r. Margarine advertizing buttercream as a dragon, pitaya finds it funny that he is calling the wyvern by the wrong species
Now whats the diference between a wyvern and a dragon? -2 arms, wyverns walk up-right, things like that
Now if this much of a diference causes pitaya to make fun of the situation, what about the other dragons?
If what makes a dragon a dragon is being quadruped and having 2 wings, then NONE of the other dragons are in fact dragons (save it for maybe lychee, as we have no clue as to what their dragon form looks like)
Just think about it:
Ananas? Hard to tell cannonicaly but everyone here agrees they have 2 pairs of wings, so techinacly without a bit of canonicity not a dragon
Lotus? They dont have legs, let alone wings, so not a dragon
Longan? Sure they might be based of chinese dragons, but are still very different, so for the sake of this, i wont be classfing as a dragon
-Lychee gets a pass cuz no cannon dragon form-
In conclusion pitaya should be the only to have 'dragon' in the name

Idk why, i have no idea why, dont ask me why, but ive decided to take my tame dragons au and turn it into something original, and by original i mean 'do whatever the fuck i want with the designs' cuz the plot is the same

Lotus is now Aqualustus
Lychee is now Tyechee (ground breaking, i know, but the 'tye' is pronunced 'dye') and she has two younger sisters, Pinkoal and Fuchi
Snapdragon is now Sepialin
Longan is now Zastztrike
Now the only thing keeping me in the cr fandom is Cayenne and Rain Cake

It is unpleasant for him to listen when Pitaya talks about his adventures with friends, Pineapple is the owner, he does not want to share Pitaya with some "friends".
