Hey, so we've seen familial abuse with Amane, so chances are we may be seeing work abuse with Mikoto's next mv. Milgram enjoyers are currently looking like they're attempting to set the world's worst precedent when it comes to abuse, though. Especially with Amane's situation. It's weird to me that people seem to believe someone's religious beliefs are reason enough to excuse abuse, but we'll get to that in trial three, I suppose.
Ya know when there's a cult anyway, and a majority of the fan base is canonically just like that. By like that, I mean, "I'm in the fight against abuse on the side of abuse." "I support people's wrongs, but I draw the line at victims' rights.", "It's not about abuse- it's about religion/beliefs and hers are wrong.", "I'm willing to support the continued persecution of the underprivileged if it supports and enforces the continued comforts of the higher class I find deserving." (I.E for Shidou's continued safety and comfort, we have to vote this way logic like no you feel you need to because of logic you created. I on the other hand simply don't need to do shit other than what I believe is right in this situation and the fact some can use the comfort of others to excuse the discomfort of someone else should be interrogated. Especially after everyone grandstanding about Yuno and her crime allegedly being abortion so they were looking at anyone thar voted her guilty sideways. Like at this point it would be one hundred percent fair for me to go if you're voting Amane guilty I'm looking at you sideways because you're either an abuse apologist or a downright hypocrite given how people wanted to switch up as soon as Kotoko's door dropped.)
It's not even funny at this point. People really need to take a step back and recognize how they actually sound while discussing this situation and what their verdict actually implies.
People's actions will speak for them, and the consequences of them will be endless. Enjoy the grandstanding and let your fall after be even grander still.
