You know how people laugh so hard that they start crying? Well same applies for Alucard, except it's of course blood that starts coming out of his eyes lol

Imagine Alucard has a mental breakdown in front of you because he only trusts you enough to see it. Tears and all. You immediately grab his face gently and put it to your chest, run your fingers slowly through his hair and tell him everything is okay. You both lay like that for what seems like forever until his sniffling slowly descends to purring due to how relaxed he becomes in your arms, and you both end up falling asleep just like that.

As someone like me who is a crybaby and starts crying when someone simply raises their voice at me, Alucard's emotional strength has always been amazing to me and something I looked up to and he honestly doesn't receive enough credit for that. He's been through so much
agreed! he was born into an era where men could not cry or else they would've been forever considered worthless and frowned upon, especially with someone of his position where he used to be voivode. this is part of the reason why his tears in ova 9 meant so much to me; he cried and showed his emotions in front of everyone, and that symbolized the breaking of his chains that have been wrapped around his body for so long, where himself and thousands of others viewed him as a monstrosity.
he may have fangs, he may drink blood, he may be able to take any form he desires, but deep down, he is a human being.
