What would happen if Adam and Robin’s family found out they were fragments?
Honestly?

Because Adam and Robin still hide all the murders (the ones the states don’t know about) and stuff (the experiments), and hide their more monstrous forms, but will explain the very, very basics of what they are.
Also
They’re still Adam and Robin, and their family knows they’d never hurt them.

I love it because
while technically it wouldn’t change much
it would also change a lot
because things will start making sense
and things will look suspicious
and their family will get closer to figuring out the sheer scale of what they are
and we can’t have that
because nothing survives Infinity and Eternity
also I feel this allows for a lot of angst regarding how States and Departments reform into the same person when owned by the same country
but fragments will reform as completely different people
often with different relationships as well
