So with Leo Calypso mentions Odysseus and the other people who were on the island but had to leave her but the thing is ODYSSEUS WAS AN ADULT. HE HAD A 20 YEAR OLD SON AND CALYPSO KEPT HIM PRISONER ON THE ISLAND.

Which entirely just makes the argument that Calypso physically is a teen really questionable because she has kept multiple adults on her island, slept with them, is an immortal goddess, Leo is mortal. He is a child. Calypso is much more mature and has lived much longer then Leo.

IT IS NOT OKAY ESPECIALLY SINCE IT IS CANON IN PJO SHE WAS WITH ODYSSEUS AND OTHER ADULT HEROES.

The Leo and calypso ship entirely is jsut really questionable and seriously not needed. I've noticed that Rick has this obsession of getting his characters into romantic relationships even if their characters would benefit with healing on their own, or needs time to process stuff, or might jsut not be interested in a romantic relationship or don't need one.

It's kind of like Rick was like "Oh shit this guy's not in a relationship I'll jsut throw him with an immortal goddess who has imprisoned and been with adults its perfect because I can't have a single character be single, noooo, if they choose to be single then they're a hunter of Artemis." Not hating on Rick jsut like an observstion lmaooo. It's something alot of authors do.
