One day... I woke from a deep sleep and found all my masks were stolen -- The seven masks I have fashioned and worn in seven lives,-- I ran maskless through the crowded streets shouting, " Thieves, thieves, the cursed thieves". Man and woman laughed at me and some ran to their houses in fear of me, and when I reached the market palce, a youth standing in a house-top cried, "He is a mad man", I looked up to be hold him; the sun kissed my own naked face for the first time. For the first time the sun kissed my own naked face and my soul inflamed with love for the sun. And I wanted my masks no more. And as if in a trance I cried " Blessed, blessed are the thieved who stole my masks". -Khalil Gibran.

Are you willing to see what you've been blessed with just as much as you see what you're being tested with?
Are you willing to ask, "What am I grateful for today?" after you're done counting the things you're struggling with?
Are you brave enough to say, "Yes, I'm hurting, but there are so many mercies that surround me."
Do you say to your heart, "As long as it takes," or are you being held back by "It's been too long."
So tell me, what are you thankful for today?
