spoilers for nightmare time and the mainline plays

Okay, let’s fucking go, I think that the lords in black correlate to the 5 main human senses

disclaimer: I have no idea if someone has made this theory before and it still needs some work

Nibbly: Nibbly is very obvious, Nibbly is taste. Being the LiB’s glutton he eats people alive and has a giant lollipop in NPMD.

Blinky: Blinky is also obvious, Blinky is sight. Blinky’s entire thing is watching. His shit in Watcherworld is all about getting an entertaining show. Also in NPMD he has a phone likely referencing the all seeing nature of social media as referenced in Watcherworld

Pokey: Pokey is just a little harder to place, however Pokey is hearing, he started the musical apocalypse.

Wiggly: this one is a fucking stretch but I think Wiggly is touch because of the constant references of his squishy belly and soft fur

Tinky: the problem child, I have no clue how Tinky could connect to the last remaining sense of smell

if you have any additional things to mention please say them, this theory is hardly on its legs here and I need to either build it up or knock it the hell over.
