I used to think that by changing my job I could change my life. Or if I changed my hair or my outfits or if I had different friends, I would be changing my life. In some ways I was but I discovered these types of changes, the changes you make on the external of yourself, are not lasting. It doesn't deal with the root of the 'problem'.

Life will continue to repeat itself, again and again with the same characters, dramas, dialogue and energy.

I was still playing out my daily 'life' and I kept thinking there had to be more to my life purpose than this.

The real change happened when I started to look within. That's life changing.

It's meaningful.

It's revolutionary.

It's powerful.
