Started drawing characters for a comic idea (which I have decided to tag with "bunth" for reasons that aren't as funny to me as the tag itself) that's slowly taking shape in my brain. There's gonna be a lot of drawings eventually and the original plan was to post them all at once when they were done but I changed my mind because I think spreading them out over multiple posts is better for my hashtag discoverability.

Anyway here's Bosse. She's a goblin lady named after a goblin lad I made like a decade before her and forgot existed until I was done drawing. A buddy of mine on Discord heard she was around 5'7" and posted three pleading emojis in sequence. She'll get to punch a dragon in the face one day probably.

Some art based on the animated short Hedgehog in the Fog that I did in 2021 for Yuri Norstein's 80th birthday. I'd been planning something digital but it was at this time that my laptop had just stopped working so I worked with the tools available to me. The tools available to me were one of those tiny pencils you get from Ikea without really needing and my finger for smudging the fog. I suppose this is right before the hedgehog actually becomes the hedgehog in the fog so tagging it as such is clickbait in a sense.

Feel broadly anhedonic wrt what happens to the lotr license but I do think it would be neat if they could put like a smidge of their bajillions of God's own American dollars into faithfully adapting this scene.

Berry and Cherry, the dynamic duo known as Fruit Salad. Cherry looks a lot more jank in her two out-of-uniform drawings which I'm not happy about since I drew her second. Need to have another go with these two at some point.

Character designs I'd forgotten I drew but are pretty decent actually. Very proud of the hair still. Old backstory for their all being a lil messed up is a dragon did that (after which the blue guy beat it to death with his own two hands) but they're no longer attached to the setting I first thought of them for so maybe it was something else. Maybe not, though, dragon-related injuries are very cool after all.

Discord server prompted us to make some art relating to the concept of tomboys in some shape or form. I decided to design an elf about it. Maybe I'll draw her again one day if I find the inclination. Very much Henry VIII-inspired mode of dress because I mean he was a lad wasn't he.
