i went on a deep dive on how people become undocumented and it turns out most undocumented people came into the states legally but then had to overstay their visit for complicated reasons like family and the things you need to do to keep your green card are systemically so fucking challenging i think america WANTS more undocumented people because they are far easier to exploit america united states immigration leftist politics us politics USA immigrants
