One thing I like about my ed is that in a way I started eating way better. I cut off sugary drinks, I eat more fruits and veggies, I cut back on fast food/fried food, I’m exercising now. Like it makes me feel better in a way

Calories burned won’t be the same for everyone BUT
My apple watched only clocked the workout at roughly 50 burned.
So I’d do this whole thing twice (you’re doing 6 rounds of everything) or like once in the morning and once before bed :)
That will put you at closer to 100 burned 🖤
