Thanks for the question, Nic. I love hearing from fellow underwear addicts. I can relate to your organization issue very well. Some of my favorite brands are Jack Adams, C-in2, and Todd Sanfield, although it is hard to choose.
I am size medium right now but previously was a small. I’ve gained a few pounds since the pandemic hit. 😟
When it comes to my storage tips, one of the first recommendations I have is to make you have a good folding method. This can make them more compact in your drawers, allowing for more space.

I am always searching for new ways to store my underwear. It can be overwhelming at times. But I feel blessed to have this problem!

It was colder today. I had to attend a cross country meet today. The weather was 47F and rainy, so I had to pull out some thermals. I'm sorry for the mismatch, but this was the result!

It’s been hard watching the Minnesota Vikings lose 3 in a row this season. I wore purple to support the team, but it didn’t work. I don’t often wear thongs due to the pressure they exert in the nether region. Now watching the boys lose, it’s like I’m getting f”@&ed twice. 😈

Have any of your patients checked out your package while you were giving them an exam? Even just a glance?
The most I can say is about the older women in my practice. who are somewhat inappropriate. For example, I have one patient who is uncomfortably effusive with her praise of me every time I see her. She hugs me and kisses me on the cheek (as I turn to maneuver myself that way). The last time I saw her, she grabbed my hand and held it tightly for 5 minutes (no exaggeration) before I hand to yank it away to begin the visit. She also proceeded to tell me how wonderful her sex life was with her now deceased husband. She is in her 80s.
If anyone has checked out my package, I am none the wiser.

Do you often see men get erections while performing physicals? It can be nerve-wracking to be turned on by being examined by male doctors. 😳

Honestly, this doesn’t happen. At least in my experience, it doesn’t. You have to remember that the doctor’s office is usually a high stress situation which may inhibit penile tumescence. Also, I never examine a man without his consent. At the time I see him, he is wearing a gown and still has his underwear on. My approach is as follows: “Do you have any concerns below the belt that you would like have checked today?” So if he was sporting wood, he would likely decline an exam.
It is possible a urologist may see this as they are likely examining men all day long.

I purchased this a few years ago from an Etsy vendor. Etsy is a perfect site to find holiday-themed undies.

Great question! Most guys are conservative and sport boxer briefs. Tighty whities aren’t too common, which is a shame.
I freely admit, it is interesting to see what a guy selects to wear to the doctor’s office for his checkup!
