Attention D&D Newbies!

Are you between the ages of 18 and 30? Are you LGBTQ+ friendly? Have you never played D&D before or only played it once but want to continue? Are you interested in D&D because of TAZ or Critical Role and want to play with people who won’t judge you for that? Then this is the post for you!

Me and @minilagreen are searching for new players. We want to make a group for those who have never played or are just starting out, giving us all a chance to learn together. (We’re planning on playing 5e.) We are accepting those who want to be players and those who want to DM, though either of us is willing to DM if we have no volunteers. If you’re at all interested, message either of us!

MEGAMIND IS A CINEMATIC MASTERPIECE AND ANYONE WHO DISAGREES WITH ME is allowed their own opinion, sure, but have you seen the movie? Have you seen it? So many cliches destroyed. The guy whose supposed to be the new hero is a Nice Guy TM. The gorgeous reporter said the hero wasn’t “her type.” Megamind is a proper dramatic little shit! There’s so much more but basically I strive to create something as awesome as Megamind with as well-rounded characters as they did.

I have a whole project for Nanowrimo that I should be working on but alas. My brain has hyperfixated on dragon age again. And instead of doing worldbuilding I’m writing fanfiction. And Among Us fanfiction because that’s where my life is at. There’s some pretty good fanart out there, it got ideas going.

To my dearest,

As I lay here stricken with the consumption—my lifeblood and energy being sapped from my helpless form, as if by some horrid demonic leech sent by Lucifer himself—I can’t help but reflect on the tragedies and triumphs of my life, short as it may be, though, at times, seeming to last eons. This moment alone could be the greatest tragedy I have endured—a life cut down in its prime with no meaning to it in sight, just as a child might rip a flower from its earthen bed never stopping to consider the fragile thing’s fate—but I have time now, as I wait for death, to analyze and order those other wretched moments I have experienced and have found memories far worse. I wish to say that my triumphs outshine those moments—after all, does the sun not shine more brightly after a long period of rain?—but I am made up of the most melancholy of souls and I cannot even pretend at such optimism. Do you know that which I regret most, my dearest, my heart, the light of my life? Do you know which moment keeps me up at night? More so than the pain of this sickness ever could, though it has tried most valiantly to stage a coup and usurp the current power. Thinking of it now causes chills to race through me, ice spirits raking their dead claws across my body. Now, as I write what may be my very last letter to you, I am consumed not only by the consumption but by this moment, this regret, this stain upon my past. Tell me, oh angels of terrifying beauty that wait ever so patiently at my door—it is time, it is time—why did I not get myself the twenty count of those chicken nuggets, the food of the gods themselves! Why did I settle for a mere ten of those golden, precious things? What a fool I was! And the universe is punishing me for this folly now with its cruel dagger twisted in my gut. Dearest, do not weep when I am gone for my passing alone, weep for the greatest mistake I have ever made. I pray that if you someday find yourself in the same situation I was placed in on that fateful day, that you will not make the same mistake as I did and thus condemn yourself to a possibly worse fate than the one I have been given. I pray, love, get the twenty and worry not over the price.
