After a long work week, it's time for three #ChefApprenticesDayOff. Late (very late) lunch today @crossroadsmarketyyc... @EatsofAsia'a house specialty red curry & crab paste pork on ramen noodles, with a Mexican Coke. Finished off with a @burnt_to_order Bowie crème brûlée (not pictured, too much goodness, must devour on sight.) Plate 4 @eatforeign: Vietnamese coffee parfait. Like a tiramisu but even better. Strong coffee and chocolate flavours, with a bit of sweetness, just like how a ca phe sua da should be (although I do take my Viet coffee on the sweeter side).
