I've recently accepted that I'm bi, & I was really happy at first, but now I just feel messed up & wrong. With the religion I was raised in, homosexuality is a sin & I feel like I'm sinning & a terrible person even though I've never even been on a date & I'm not even out yet (for obvious reasons). I feel like my family would hate & judge me hard & I that God probs hates me now too, & anyway sorry for the rant, I just wish I could feel like it's ok to be me & feel accepted now that I'm different.

Religions like that can really fuck you up

It’s okay for you to feel like that right now - not because it’s right, but because it takes a lot of fucking time to get over that level of religious conditioning

I know it sucks right now but one day you’ll be able to see through all of the hateful rhetoric that’s being thrown at you and realize that you’re perfect as you are
