marella: her mom’s issue (i honestly forget what it is)

sophie: well, to start, we know one of her biological parents, her parents don’t remember her after nightfall (but thankfully amy does bc amy is a boo), jolie died bc of her psycho lover brant which caused problems for grady and edaline which made them hesitant of sophie at the beginning of the series. now they’re a happy family and i’m glad.

keefe: do we even need to go here? well, if you’re that blind then here you go. his mom is a leader of the Neverseen and literally wants him to fulfill his “legacy” of him joining the Neverseen (thankfully he’s like HELL NAH). his dad doesn’t give a shit abt him and only gave sophie and her friends CRUCIAL information if he joined the Black Swan and had keefe move in with him. uhhhhh mr lord cassius you don’t deserve to be in the Black Swan so fuck off.

fitz: Alvar. imma be real. i LOVED alvar. and i did not see his betrayal coming. i loved his and sophie’s relationship before him being all baddie and shit. but then fitz’s asshole of a brother is now in the Neverseen and i fucking hate it. i hate him. and then there was alden’s mind break or whatever it was bc of prentice but now prentice is fine and we’re all like 😓(this goes for biana too)

dex: him being bullied bc his dad is talentless and then they have triplets. pretty much it. but at least his mom is part of the Collective.
