In case you don't find it very exciting I should probably mention that gay marriage is rather far from being excepted and legalized in my country, and it was so pure that no one said a thing (though I did see people noticed)
Today there was this pretty tough cop guy at school and he was lecturing us about electric bicycle, and he was like doing the whole frightening thing they do on teens.
He casually mentioned he bought one for his husband and once he found out how dangerous it is he asked him to stop using it.
And let me tell you, it took EVERYTHING I had in me to keep a straight face and not smile at this extremely casual mention of a gay couple.
(I’m pretty sure my friend looked at me too but I was determined to treat it like the most normal thing in the world, like I and everyone should)
