Overthinking exists on a scale that equates it as a curse and a blessing. Which can lead to unmitigated mental madness. But the latter, if the madness doesn't crush the individual, leads to powerful discernment; a blessing which increases with time.

I needed to hear this. I'm going through so much. I haven't been perfect and have even created my own problems. But no one is perfect and as she says in the video, some people won't change. Sometimes loving from a distance is best sadly..sadly because we want things to feel like they once were but, seasons change and every season is different every year. It doesn't snow every year..storms come and they go. But there is always spring and new bloom. I have to move past this dark season. God please see me through.
