Clark is just a regular dude from another planet. He has no "super powers" as kryptonite is a sister planet to earth. He gets his powers from being the reincarnation of Danny's physical body, while his ghost rules the infinite realms.

Danny doesn't mind this and lets Clark do his thing, stepping in sometimes when things are about to go wrong. (e.g. injustice/tyrant superman is Danny becoming like pariah)

Connor is the reincarnation of Dani/Ellie, joining Danny in the royal family as a true ghost after years of having a painful existence.

When Clark meets Connor for the first time, he embraces him with tears, feeling as though he was a child he lost long ago. Connor hugs back as he feels safe with Clark.

Everyone else is confused :)

Little Baby Man Disease

TLDR at the bottom.

So, Danny ends up turning into Little Baby Man(TM). Except it turns out that becoming this incredibly small and feral version of his ghost form is actually because of what amounts to Ghost Rabies.

Dani/Ellie ends up finding Little Baby Danny and brings him to the rest of Team Phantom. Only, once she's done explaining how she found him, he bites her, and she turns into Little Baby Ellie.

As Team Phantom is freaking out, another ghost attacks, only for the two feral Phantoms to immediately bite them, causing them to also turn into a Little Baby Man/Woman version of themselves.

The Team believes for a bit that it just affects Ghosts and do their best to keep the steadily growing number of Little Baby Men from going out of control while they try to figure out a cure. Only Sam and Tucker get bitten. Cue the two turning into Little Baby Men (Tucker looks like a Pharaoh and Sam looks like when Overgrowth controlled her). It turns out that Ghost Rabies can also affect people who are Ecto-contaminated.

Cue Jazz having to avoid an army of feral ghosts in order to get a message to Frostbite so he and the rest of the Far Frozen can work on a cure. She manages to get a message out before eventually falling victim to the disease as well.

Do they eventually make a cure? Yes, but not without a lot of chaos in both the Zone and Amity Park as the Little Baby Man Army grows everyday.

TL:DR: Little Baby Man is born from Ghost Rabies. Ghosts and Ecto-contaminated people turn into a feral army.

Danny is a Chemistry teacher at Gotham Academy. His favorite student is Tim. He shocks the students by teaching and creating a Fear Antitoxin for the kids to learn as part of their curriculum.

"No/Nope." Two different responses from Dan and Nomad. This time both are grinning like maniacs and seem to have agreed on something.

"Alright! So," Nomad began, "This is my brother, Dan. We share the same parents, Danny and Vlad. Danny is our mother, and we refuse to see Vlad anything but the creepy next-door neighbour. I know Danny is male, and I call him dad, but he's our mother technically."

"Hi, it's really not a pleasure to meet you, and yes, we are brother and sister. Yes, Danny is our mother, technically. And, yes, we acknowledge that Vlad is technically our father, but we do not see him as such after what he did to us and our mother." Dan finished and confirmed with a grin.

You can see the confusion on everyone's face, the demon they had a problem with, the heroes and the cultists. They were all trying to figure out how their family tree worked now that they had a more clear one.

Found this old snippet and don't really remember of the context for it outside of being a joking exploration of how weird the Fenton/Phantom family tree would seem to outsiders (not even getting into how relationships might be classified differently between the human side & the ghost side)

Nomad motioned to the towering, vaguely vampire-looking buff dude with literal flaming hair what the fuck, “Dan, this is everyone. Everyone this is Dan. He’s my…” Nomad trailed off and blinked, a look of confused befuddlement on her face as she let the sentence hang for too long.

“Huh…” She said considering, looking up at vampire-dude, Dan apparently, with a confused furrow on her brow. “You know this is the first time I’ve ever had to try and explain our relationship to each other and I’m drawing a blank and what exactly to call you. Uncle? Dad? Brother? Like, I think you could technically be considered all three.”

What the fuck did that mean??? Kon snapped his attention over to meet Tim’s masked gaze, the look of wild confusion Kon was sure was on his own face mirrored there. Around the meeting room confused and worried looks were being shared by the rest of the League. Which like, yeah, what in the Habsburgs was happening here for all of those terms to be applicable?

“Well, you’re Danny’s Mirror, so if you consider him your dad then it stands to reason I’m also your father.” Dan said, hand coming up to his - literally flaming, how did that work? - goatee thoughtfully.

“Yeah but like, I call Danny dad just to piss Vlad off.” Nomad countered, toying with her severed arm with her still attached hand. Kon didn’t think he’d ever get over how casual she was about being literally disarmed and just…not caring. “And I definitely don’t see you as a dad. Uncle?”

The giant of a ghost shook his head with a frown, “Implies that Danny and I are brothers, which could work but gives our relationship kind of a weird vibe. I feel more like his father than anything.”

“Gramps, then?”

“No.”

Nomad laughed, “Fair, wouldn’t want to take the title of Grampa away from CW. Besides we’re both half Vlad, so I think brother works best here.” She frowned, looking thoughtful, “Maybe half brother?”

Dan considered, “Half-brother could work. Though it gives Vlad more credit than he deserves.”

“Oh come on, can you imagine the look on his face if we went in together on suing him for child support?” Nomad asked, fanged grin wicked. Dan’s face lit up at the idea, and Kon felt like they were rapidly heading towards the two ghosts running off to go and go torment whoever this Vlad guy was rather then them help deal with the current demonic problem at hand.

“Can you please explain what any of that means?” Kon asked, more a squeak than anything else. He was starting to get a headache.

Danny running around DC

Danny decided to take a break from the teenage hero life and decides to visit the infinite realms, and stumbles upon DC

He sees that there are heros everywhere, rouge gallerys, magic, creepy billionaires, clones, butt kicking furries and more

So he decides to just go around and not give a fuck

He goes to metropolis and calls superman out for clone abuse and neglect IN THE MIDDLE OF A FIGHT, the villain decides to try and attack danny, but all danny dose is slap them in the face and scold them about manners and not interupting someone and when he's done he goes right back to criticising superman, danny stole his cape too

He showes up in one of Constantine and Zatanna jobs and just starts showing up at random, once he showed up in the house of mysterys and just starts touching cursed things and everyone is shocked when nothing happened

He showes up in star city and made it his mission to steal one of green arrows arrows in front of him, he just walked up grabed (whatever he carries his arrowes in, no idea what the name is) and runs away all while making eye contact, green arrow chased him for an hour before he lost him

Danny showes up in gothem and just starts doing cartwheels on the roofs and whenever a robin showes up he just has a normal conversation but the second batman himself showes up, he starts sassing him, left right and senter, and if batman comes within 5 feet of him danny will yell TAG slaps batman and take off running, still while doing cartwheels, flips and giving dick grayson a run for his money in acrobatics

The best part is danny dosent bother to transform into phantom so its fenton showing up at random

Everyone in the JL are loosing their mind with questions, superman and green arrow want their stuff back, and batman is fighting for adoption rights
