in portuguese ● What are your plans this weekend? Quais são seus planos neste fim de semana? ● Do you want to meet up this weekend? Quer se encontrar neste fim de semana? ● Are you free on Friday? Vocês estão livres na sexta-feira? ● I'm free on Friday. Eu estou livre na sexta-feira. ● Let's meet up on Friday. Vamos sair na sexta-feira. ● Let's go out this weekend. Vamos sair neste fim de semana. ● How about we meet at 8pm? Que tal nos encontrarmos às 20h? ["How about…?" é usado para fazer uma sugestão.] [Também podemos usar "How about…?" quando queremos sugerir um plano ou ideia.] [Quando não usamos um pronome, como "I" ou "we", usamos a forma -ing do verbo (p. ex., "meeting") depois dessa expressão.] ● How about we meet at 8pm? ● How about meeting at 8pm? ● How about meeting up on Saturday afternoon? Que tal nos encontrarmos no sábado à tarde? ● Would you like to come to my housewarming? Você gostaria de vir à festa de inauguração da minha casa nova? Forma educada 😊 Para fazer um convite, normalmente perguntamos "Would you like to…" porque soa mais educado que "Do you want to…". menos educado ● "Do you want to come to my party?" ("Você quer vir à minha festa?") mais educado ● "Would you like to come to my party?" ("Você gostaria de vir à minha festa?") ● Okay, sounds great! Ok, que ótimo! ● Sorry, I have plans. Desculpe, eu tenho planos.

なんにんいますか。 何人いますか。 How many people are there? How many are there? 🐱 Do you remember the kanji 何? It means "what". By combining 何 + counter, you can ask: How many of them? For example, 何人いますか。 means: How many people are there? However, the counter つ does not follow this rule. Instead, we simply use the word いくつ and say いくつありますか。, which means: How many are there? original kanji | how many...? | reading 人 / 何人 / なんにん 本 / 何本 / なんぼん 匹 / 何匹 / なんびき 枚 / 何枚 / なんまい 台 / 何台 / なんだい つ / いくつ 友だちは何人来ますか。 How many friends are coming? 木は何本ですか。 How many trees? なんびき何匹 (なんびき) How many animals/insects? 犬は何匹いますか。 How many dogs are there? ケーキはいくつですか。 How many pieces of cake do you want? Semiformal forms 🤗 We transformed verbs and adjectives into semiformal forms in the present tense adding 아요 or 어요 to the radical. We add 아요 if the radical ends in vowel ㅗ ou ㅏ. Otherwise, we add 어요. 찾다 (to find) – radical ends in vowel ㅏ = 찾아요
좋다 (to be good) – radical ends in vowel ㅗ = 좋아요
먹다 (to eat) – radical ends in vowel ㅓ = 먹어요
있다 (to have) – radical ends in vowel ㅣ = 있어요 How to add 아요 Fisrt, let’s see how to add 아요 to radicals with final consonant. (Later we’ll learn how to add 아요 to radicals without final consonant.) If the radical ends in vowel ㅗ or ㅏ with final consonant, we add 아요 to the radical. ㅗ ou ㅏ + final consonant radical + 아요

hi there!
its been a while but i’m getting back on track again with my language studies. i’ve been having a hard time trying to figure out which languages i want to dedicate my time to since there’s so many, but i’ve finally decided on japanese and korean, i even have made a weekly study schedule! i’m excited to continue my language studies while i still have some time off of school. i do have to say though, i am very excited to get back into school after a year of struggling to get my life in order, but i think i’m starting to get the hang of it!
hope you are well

hi there!
so i’ve been kind of slow in my studies recently as i have been losing motivation. i keep doubting myself and the things i enjoy to do, thinking i’m not producing enough value. but i’m working on that part. one thing i’ve been doing is romanticizing the little things in life. things like playing games with my brother, getting a coffee in the morning, and so on all usually seem so insignificant and useless to success, but in reality success doesn’t mean just one thing. and i am trying to morph this mindset i’ve had all my life into something that will let me enjoy living and not despise it. anyways, i’m getting back into reading priory since i took a break as i’ve been kind of intimidated by it but it’s actually flying by.
i hope you are well.

hi there!
so after some major clean out this last few weeks i’m back on my game and working on making this free time better than ever! i wrote some letters for my friends (which love to do, would recommend) and also have started to set up my own notion page! i’ve seen it all over tik tok and youtube it was finally time to make one. though it isn’t as thorough or aesthetic as others i love it so far!
hope you all are well <3

Salut a tous!
Today I managed my time better and I did plenty.
First I went on Busuu to do the French for Travelling course to warm up since it's A1 to A2 but that course turned out to be almost completely behind a pay wall.
I still learnt some things that I didn't really pay attention to beforehand, like directions and to reinforce that I wrote some of that vocabulary on my notebook and watched French for Beginners: Asking & Giving Directions by Easy French on YouTube.
During the evening I did some workbook activities. I used Alter Ego Plus 2 for A2-B1 and since these were the first activities they were about relationships and descriptive nouns which is what I last did at school.
I actually didn't use any books for french at school, we just used some pdf files the teachers made or found online and random assignments.
