I just remembered this amazing story ( https://europeisnotdead.com/disco/books-of-europe/european-fairy-tales/romania-the-goat-and-her-three-kids/ ) that @rawreusuntundinozaur told me last summer. In Romanian is like 1938394738 time better but I don't fully understand it. AMAZING STORY.

Tanya: What does feminism mean to you?

Well, it’s really important to me. I think I’m quite a lucky woman to live in Italy not not somewhere else, but I recognize that there’s still a lot to be done in terms of making the genders equal. Something deep inside the ore of ociety itself must change and I hope I am right when I claim I see there’s an actual possibility, expecially in the younger generations.

Interview to Felix Volturi

[Warning: this has some personal headcanons. Felix happens to be in a relationship with Demetri, for example. It’s not canon, I know. Be warned]

1.  What are three labels that you identify with?

Er, modern societies dig labels, don’t they? If I had to put three labels on myself they would probably be gym guy, guard and LGBTQI* community. Kinda. [laughs]

2.What is your happiest memory?

Probably getting into the guard and feeling that I had found a family. I love them all. 

3. Tell us the story of your first kiss.

Is Demetri around? I don’t want him to hear this one! [laughs] I gave my first kiss when I was about ten, possibly eleven, to a, uh, a girl [laughs] that lived next door. So embarrassing. 

4. Do you think aliens exist?

Alec and I actually hava had this argument going on for months! I personally think they don’t. 

5. What’s your favourite thing about yourself?

My muscle, of course! 

6. Do you have any superpower? 

Well, if you consider tearing arms and legs and heads off, a power...

7.  What is your favorite physical feature of Demetri?

Probably him being slim but very very in good shape. Oh, and his collarbone! I just love it. And his hair, too, amazingly soft. 

8.  What kind of arts do you like?

Well, in terms of movies I like war ones, mainly, Some sci-fi as well. I also love Quentin Tarantino. Jane recently made me watch some Tim Burton’s movie, I was unimpressed but it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. 

I love music, a lot. I like every type of music, because there are different occasions for different music types. What I’m out partying with the others I like Tylor Swift and Katy Perry but when Demetri and I have a serious date night we go to the Opera theater and I’m happy all the same.

I tend to read only books about History, even if rarely I read some novels.

Recently also Heide got me a camera and I’m starting to understand how to use it. We’ll see. 

9.  Which three guests would you have dinner with, alive or dead?

Demetri and I have actually decided something of this kind. We would like to dine with Elagabalus,  Nietzsche and Amun.

Amun? Why Amun?

Just to have fun seeing him getting all agry, I guess. [laughs].

10. So I’ve asked your friends to say what they think about you and I’m gonna read you the answers. 

Heide said: “Felix is a great guy. A bit of a dickhead, but still he’s always down to help anyone with anything and also he has a big heart, even if he doesn’t show it much”.

 (Felix) She’s so cool.

Alec said: “I like Felix because he’s the only one with whom I can talk nonsense. He’s a great listener and I think of him as a somehow philosopher.”

(Felix) This kid’s sweet but I’m no philosopher [laughs].

Jane said.: “I think Felix is one of the most friendly people I know. Like, he even watched The nightmare before Christmas with me and didn’t complain about it! Like, he’s often willing to do things for others. He’s good, but he needs to stop pulling pranks on me with the help of my brother or otherwise I’ll -”

(Felix) I love her! [laughs] Alec and I actually live for pranks and yeah, sometimes we choose the wrong target, let’s put it this way [laughs].

And finally Demetri said: “Felix is the love of my life. I mean, it’s obvious I adore him, right? I wouldn’t be able to tell why he’s so great, I mean I would never finish the list of his virtues. He’s just the most amazing person I know [wipes tear].”

(Felix) I love him so much. [smiles]

Who do you think is more awkward when it comes to flirting, Vlad or Stefan? Given how long it must be since they've actually been in a courtship I think it would be hilarious to see them try to date nowdays.

Times are hard for Vladimir and Stefan when it comes to dating. Neither of them knows the rules of Modern Dating. They ignore it all. So I think they both would be deadly awkard while trying to date someone from 20th/21st century AD. They wouldn’t even fit the basic rules. For example, they’d show up dressed like what? They sure would wear an old shirt from another time, probably stained with blood. Nice, uh?What would they show up with? Flowers are good but would they really go the florists to buy them? Or would they pick up flowers…? If their love interest happens to be human, they wouldn’t understand that they need food, a warm/fresh place (depends on the season) and to rest after some time. I’m not even sure they’d be able to resist the thirst. I’m pretty sure they’d date vampires, though it’s diffuclt for them to find someone their own species who doesn’t hate or fear or pity or find them laughable.

To respond to your question, I think Vladimir is more awkard. Stefan is (almost) canonically more laid back than his companion, and would bring their partner to some park, just strolling and chatting and enjoying nature. Very simple but has its effects because Romanian nature is literally breath-taking. Stefan, in general, a good listener and observer, so it’s definetely a plus in a romantic meeting. He knows all the relaxing places all over Eastern Europe because he, too, once in a while, needs a pause from the constant eye-gouging and war-starting rambling of Vladimir. Vladimir on the other hand would spend a very serious amount of time planning his date to the smallest detail. He would bring their love interest to some old castle and try to impress them with his countless stories of The Good Old Times. He knows how to keep people entratained but his way works only with people who totaly hate the Volturi -and not many vampires are ofnd of the idea of declaring outloud they don’t like their kings.

Stefan has surely tried to explain to Vladimir how to improve his dating skills, but since Vladimir think of himself as a perfect being, it ended with them not speaking for one week and then catching up and apologizing with a hug.
