"Ravens"

This is a school assignment where we were asked to morph an object or animal with our face in a self portrait. I actually put on this sugar skull make up and took a photograph of myself in it for reference when I was drawing. I think it creeped my family out a lot hehe

Today me and 11 other high schoolers had the opportunity to work with Erin Holliday in creating the pieces of her kinetic mobile that will hang in the Olathe Community Center. We took two pieces of cut acrylic and put india ink, tissue paper, and acrylic glue between them and squished them together. The clips around the pieces are to keep them together and will be removed in a few days.
