Ok, but for the first week Kakashi covered his sharingan he couldn't even hold a glass of water.

Let me explain.

When you have just one eye you lose the sense of depth, so you don't really know how distant the object is.

Kakashi tryed to hide it until one day Rin saw him struggle to take the water bottle.

He missed and grabbed the air.

Do you remember that moment in the chunin exams where Pukkun tried to convince Shikamaru by letting him touch his little paw?

I am convinced that he used to do that with Kakashi

Just imagine a little Kakashi, around 7 years who just lays lazily on the ground after training

And Pukkun just pokes him in the face until he stands up

And when they get home Pukkun lays on Kakashi's lap while the kid plays with his paws

Pukkun used to do it even when Kakashi needed to bath

Kakashi used to keep pukkun around just so the house wouldn't feel so big and empty, but he gradually stopped as he got older

Pukkun is still is late night companion tho

Whenever he can't sleep because of nightmare he has a stroll with Pukkun
