It is said in Japan that when a person dies in extreme sorrow or rage, the emotion remains, becoming a stain upon that place. Death becomes a part of that place, killing everything it touches. Once you have become a part of it, it will never let you go.

Sorry for the delay on this one, since starting a new job and currently developing a business with a friend of mine, my schedule has been hectic to say the least. But I finally found the time to finish part 5 so here we go!

We have Kayde cooking up a bomb ass meal for the evening, taking Bryn by surprise. She just thought he was a scary human warrior that kills for fun with a facade of someone who is nice so he can give her a false sense of security. But she now starts to realize that Kayde really doesn't mean any harm, otherwise he would've finished the job ages ago.

She lets her guard down a bit and thanks Kayde for everything he's done so far, especially saving her life. He can't believe the little fairy that was so scared of him before is finally opening up. He hopes he can take this chance to get to know her a little more and maybe start a new kind of friendship. Although he can come off a bit strong when he likes someone, making this new interaction a bit much for the little fairy.

Will we see more characters appear later in the story

Yes I have some other characters in mind for sure. More humans, fairies and races the works. I'm mostly concentrating on Kayde and Bryn for now just so I can get their dynamic fleshed out more.

Random and possibly way off but is FernGully a favorite of yours? Something about your series with Kayde and Bryn is giving me that vibe and I'm super here for it.

Lol nope you're not way off at all! Ferngully was a huge inspo. I always wanted to see a story some what similar to that but explored a bit more. I've had these guys in my head for years and wanted to tell their story. It'll probably take years to bring to fruition if ever to be honest but I'm happy I can at least share some drawings and little comics here and there.
