Some dumbass with a flashy quirk, (with an up bringing like Bakugo but only without the Midoriya) didn't get into hero course and got in Gen ed and is mad about it.

So, said dumbass chooses someone with a weak looking quirk to bully. (I'm thinking Hagakure ) and like "if you leave this school I can get in the hero course"

Given that Aizawa acts like an actual father cat, dumbass assumes he hates the student with "weak" quirk like previous teachers and doesn't care if anything happens to 1a students.

He cares.

A lot.

He takes the kid to Nedzu and then turns a blind eye when his children tear him to shreds.
