tbh it all started when i was like 10. i was constantly getting bullied js being a joke to everyone. i got so fed up w everyone n myself so i decided i was gonna lose some weight. turned into an obsession seeing the scale constantly go down so atp i feel like i'm trapped, js losing weight until ts eventually kills me

heyy are workouts important for weight loss ?? i don’t really like doing them and i feel very weak anyways so… are they extremely important? i walk instead
well along w doing fitnesskaykay everyday w ab workouts i run n walk on the treadmill after. for the treadmill ones i use ibx running on yt. i'd say they are tbh especially cardio cs it puts u deeper into a deficit n that's when i noticed weight loss happen faster. i feel lightheaded n shitty doing them lmao but i would go fucking insane if i didn't workout

hiii love so i recommend running everyday along w lifting some light weights. if u have a treadmill use ibx running vids on yt, they help so much. if not u can still do cardio everyday! i also drink green tea 3x a day
