DEE: - "He's the prettiest cherry blossom themed sniper I know of and he has a sick robot leg and robot eye and he's also really really gay as well." - "Okay so for this guy he got injured in an explosion that was meant to kill his parents (who were also mercenaries but for a different non mann co affiliated group) and then mann co swoops in and offers him this cool robot leg and robot eye so he's like woah yeah thats pretty cool the leg has LEDs but then he didn't read what he was signing when he got them so now he's a sniper :) He used to not like fighting but now he's used to it. He lives in a campervan but it's actually quite nice andd not a complete mess. he loves gardening (tho the flower on his hat is fake shh dont tell anyone) and is (not so) secretly into dressing up and doing drag in his spare time"

ARMANI: - "Don’t you want to see a beautiful fat Italian clown get his rightful wins. He’s committed petty crime. Hes run from the cops. He’s attacked hecklers in crowds with his bare hands. He’s great with kids. He has a giant hammer. He’s a support class. Look at him." - "Armani Barone is a disgraced clown who Just recently lost his job as a clown slash lackey at a traveling shady circus (Its very mafia parody inspired . Because . Tf2 worldbuilding ) after being caught disposing bodies while in uniform, going against the clown code of ethics. In a desperate “fuck You” he stole as much shit as possible from his employers and ran. As a result, they’re currently hunting him down! They appear during Halloween sometimes as a little event for the team. But aside from the eternal target on his back, he’s thriving. Hes a very colorful and obnoxious little guy whose primary objective is to draw attention to himself on the field. He operates mostly on looney tunes logic (but Can be killed, thankfully!)"
PHANTOM: - "she has cool ghost powers and is so so sleepy" - "Ok so she's a 10th class and she can possess the other team and even possess sentries and dispensers to help her team, as well as having other ghost powers. She loves sharks too, and thinks they're neat"
Since I only talked about his backstory, lemme give y'all some trivia!
-He's very bisexual
-He generally finds himself attracted to men but really all it takes to win him over is being strong; y'know that one audio that's like "I love the kind of woman that will actually just kill me"? That's him
-He's besties with Pauling; they were originally kinda awkward as both of them wanted to work alone (Novak didn't wanna risk blowing his cover and Pauling didn't need any help) but eventually they warmed up to each other
-However they're still shrouded in mystery, neither of them know anything about each other's past
-He has a bias for Scout cuz he reminds him of his brother; in the same vein, he has a bias against Spy for treating Scout the way he does (Not like Novak's any better as he left his family just barely after Meredith died-)
-If you couldn't tell, he dyes his hair; his original hair color is brown
-Lightweight; if he has a single drop of one of Demo's bottles he will die
-Similarly, he has a low tolerance for spice
-Extremely competitive; he's a very chill guy otherwise but if you beat him at uno he'll insult your entire family (Then later feel bad about it and apologize)
-Kind of a terrible flirt; he has his moments occasionally but usually it'll sound smth like "Are u a construction worker? Because you are building"
-In the same vein, he doesn't know how to react when people flirt with him; even if it's a bad line, he'll be taken aback
-When demonstrating interest in someone, he much prefers being direct about his attraction but ain't no way in hell he's doing that; imagine being upfront about your feelings lmao

GRANNY: - "She's got nothing better to do and misses getting in fights." - "She's a retired ex-spy who wasn't dragged back in for one final job as much as she snuck up on her old boss demanding to be given many more jobs until she physically cannot do them. TF Industries is just one that lets her really stretch her old Spy Legs as well as some new spy legs. She's very good at poisons and stabbing, she's not that fast these days so clever positioning is how she has to make it or break it. All her affectations are to make strong, young mercenaries have to learn how good she is the hard way."

You stumble into battle. you make it out alive by screaming and crying your way out of it. your boss decides "good enough we need someone down there" and sends you to 2fort as a permanent position and you don't get paid anything for doing so." - "Intern is what youd image an average high school teenager such as wanting to get good grades, indulging in drama and hearsay, and having what others would agree a splendid wardrobe. except theyre not like other kids cause if the public found out about their crimes the state would bring back the death penalty JUST for them. they have this vibe where theyd maim people to pop/energetic music like "make your own kind of music" or "lovefool" etc."

CAM AND JR: - "they clean up dead bodies all the time and deserve some recognition for it. :D👍" - "Cam(25) and Jr(13) are janitors hired by the administrator to clean up after every battle the RED and BLU teams have, because when your battle field is covered in dead bodies it’s not very efficient for fighting. When Cam was in her first year of college, doing forensic sciences, she attempted to burn down her college in order to get a free degree. She was caught and is now on the run with her little sister, Jr. Cam is friends with Demoman and Ms. Pauling, Jr is friends with Pyro and has a very chaotic sibling dynamic with Scout!"
